Guests will never want to leave this upgraded Gulf-front paradise! From the laid-back vibes of Aqua Villa to the close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and local activities, this is the ideal spot for your trip to the Emerald Coast.
This apartment is on the 3rd level of the Aqua Villa condominium, which contains only 24 units on four floors and includes an elevator. The renovation of the exterior of the building and replacement of elevator is complete. The private balcony and the large window in the living room have spectacular emerald beach views.
Beach service included during the season - March through October. Which means, two chairs and an umbrella will be setup on the beach ready for you every day during your stay in our condo!
We've got the sand, the vistas, and everything you'll need to enjoy your beach days; all you need to bring is yourself!

Host was responsive and quickly responded after we checked in and discovered the unit wasn’t as advertised. It’s a great location but there was grime throughout where the unit hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Ended up asking for a refund and moving to another property the next day due to mold being present around air returns. It’s not fancy but it could be much better if it was deep cleaned and cleaned better between guests.

Views from this condo are spectacular! Waking up and just walking out to the beach, PERFECT! The unit included 2 chairs and an umbrella which was set up by 9 a.m. daily. Pick up was at 5 p.m. My son and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. Because you are staying on the beach, there will be sand! Luckily the unit owners provide brooms and dust pans, plus a vacuum cleaner. The stay was definitely worth the price paid!

Very nice. Only complaints would be a chair or recliner in livingroom would of been nice. Completely beach chairs were told to us it was first come first serve. And they only had 5 sets sat out so we got one alittle later after one opened up. But everything else was great

The property was relatively easy to find with a gorgeous view from the front and from the private balcony. The property manager was very attentive and answered every phone call and question that we had in a very timely manner. It gave us a true vacation experience being able to walk directly out onto the beach. The property was very quiet with no excessive noise. Our property manager was kind enough to include beach chair and umbrella rental so we didn’t have to pay an additional fee each day. Overall outstanding and wonderful vacation experience. Will definitely be booking here again.

Pictures look much nicer than the unit actually is. Walls and doors were dirty. Bathroom ceilings falling apart. Most frustrating part about booking this condo is that it’s advertised as “pet friendly” however your pet cannot use the restroom on the grounds. You literally have to take your pet across the street. Mind you, it’s 100 degrees outside and the pavement is at least 130 degrees by noon. No care at all about pets burning the pads of their feet just to use the restroom. Nowhere in the booking/listing did it say pets cannot use restroom on condo grounds. Best part is the location.

Great beach location!

It was nice to be off the beaten path a little. Beach wasn’t crowded and the provided beach service was a huge plus! Pool is right off the ocean to cool off before heading back inside. We stayed here a few nights before going to Rosemary Beach. I would stay here again. Nice corner unit with a balcony.

A million dollar view!!

We have stayed at various Aqua Villa units over the last 8 years and this unit is the best! Very clean well stocked unit with a nice balcony to watch the sunset or just relax. Excellent communication with the owner and we will most definitely be back to this unit again!

Elevator out,dog's,cataround poolsmoking around pool and sings hung up saying keep petsout of area's. Dishes were not clean !!(some )

Over all was enjoyable

Not sure what the other condos look like but this one needs a little help. We were told that the property was pet friendly but yes you can have your pet stay in the condo with you however they have signs posted all over the property stating do NOT allow pets on grass. So in order for you to let your animal “relieve themself” you have to walk them elsewhere. We were also told the couch was a pull out couch for additional sleeping arrangements however that was not the case either. There were cracks in the ceiling, ac grills have black “dust/dirt/mold possibly” on them, ac filter was dirty and luckily I found spares in with the unit to change it because the thermostat was set to 72 and it was 76 when we got there, you can’t have the living room fan on without the lights above the “countertop” on so we had to unscrew the bulbs when we wanted the fan on, the king size bed was the worst most uncomfortable my wife and I went and purchased a topper that we brought home with us at the end of our trip, hallway light looks like it was about to fall off. Elevator broke 2 days after we got there so the duration of our trip we were forced to use the stairs. For what was spent family was not impressed with the room. Now the good we had many beautiful days at the beach which was wonderful the sea weed cleared up after the 2nd day and we had the expected beautiful emerald green waters the emerald coast is known for. It was nice and quiet at night.

Late winter get away

Fantastic location. View was amazing , one minute to beach. Nice to have balcony. Beach is beautiful with emerald and turquoise water, crystal clear and snowy white super soft sand. Condo essentials were clean but vents on walls are filthy with black all around. Floors sticky and baseboards dirty. I would bring extra sheets and towels as only 1 set of sheets. I don’t want to have to do laundry all the time on vacation. Kitchen was clean with tons of dishes and anything you could need. All appliances were nice and clean as well as fully functioning. The towels are old and bedspreads clean but very drab.The host is super, very responsive and got cleaner to come and change sheets and bring fresh towels halfway thru stay (1 month). Laundry was always available and worked well. Condo building is nice and quiet at night. Great location to both downtown Fort Walton Beach and Destin. The chair and umbrella service included was great and much enjoyed. Overall, great spot for your vacation.

Gorgeous views

We stayed in a corner unit on the 3rd floor. The curb appeal of the bldg itself needs a little fresh paint and maintenance. The inside was cute, and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and nice appliances. King bed was comfortable and both bathrooms were clean, however in need of fresh paint on ceilings and trim. The view of the gulf is spectacular only steps away from the beach. Outdoor pool area was clean and well maintained. Would stay there again.

Not clean

The view was absolutely beautiful. The place itself was not ok. Ceiling was awful dirty. Vents were filthy. Bath tub in hall was NOT clean at all. Dog hair was on coach so I rolled it with a lint roller. I took and put a sheet I found in closet so I could sit on it. Shower curtain holder in hall bath was rusted. Shower door in other bathroom didn’t have track for the bottom so therefore it swayed back and forth. I feel like I should be reimbursed my pet fee since someone else’s dog hair was everywhere. I took pictures so if the owner wanted to see. To me personally it needs the ceiling painted really good. Vents cleaned. New shower curtain and rod. Glass shower door needs to be fixed before it falls on someone and the owner will be responsible. Needs new comforters or spreads and most definitely a new dish towel because it had holes all in it. Also, there was black stuff on wash rags which look like roach poop. This place needs a lot of love and tender care because like I said it was a beautiful view.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We usually stay some place else, but now that we have a dog, we needed some place that is pet friendly. We were not disappointed. After a 9 hour drive, it was so nice not to have to do a check in. Everything we needed was provided by email. The condo is right on the beach and the private patio that looks over the beach, is perfect for coffee in the morning. It is an older condo, but it is decorated very well and has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect spot On The Beach!

It’s hard to find a place that’s Pet Friendly directly on the beach, but we found the perfect spot! Aqua Vila 306 had most everything we needed to make our family’s vacation great! Especially the fact we didn’t have to leave our Yorkie behind! Just a couple of things but our host quickly responded to any issue we had. Biggest issue was only one washing machine was working at the facility which ended us at a nearby laundromat, but again our host notified the manager for needed repairs. Great stay and Loved Okalossa Island!

The condo was absolutely perfect. The views were priceless. Myself, my mom amd my 4 sisters couldn't have been happier. We will definitely plan to go again.
