Then, dine together at the adjacent table for six before settling into one of two distinct living areas - one on the main level with a gas fireplace and a second on the lower level with a large sectional sofa and easy backyard access. Additionally, this home features a furnished sunroom, a deck overlooking the lake, a seasonal private dock, and a stone firepit with granite benches.

And when it's time to say goodnight, this home offers four comfortable bedrooms with a main room off the kitchen with an en suite bath, two bedrooms on the third floor), and a fourth bedroom on the lower level.

This vacation rental is located just five miles from the center of Chestertown, with restaurants, a theater, boutique shops, and a grocery store, as well as public tennis and basketball courts. The nearby southern Adirondacks provide access to a wide array of exciting destinations and hiking trails. Within an hour, you can see beautiful Blue Mountain Lake, attend concerts at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, witness live cannon firing at historic Fort Ticonderoga, or visit the scenic High Peaks area. For winter sports enthusiasts, Gore Mountain is only 17 miles away, while West Mountain is just 30 miles south.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
