* Located on the 2nd floor with easy access to and from the beach and parking lot make your vacation easy.
* This adorable updated unit sleeps 4 people easily. In the 1 bedroom is a king bed, T.V. and a large closet that is great for storing your belongings. Along the hallway there are twin bunkbeds that comfortably sleeps children and adults. As you enter the living area you will find a brand new sofa, T.V., table and chairs, and counter with stools. To the left you will find a fully equipped kitchen and on the right you will find slider doors that look out to a private deck with seating.
* One of the many great features of staying here is that all of your bed linens & bath towels are provided along with 2 beach chairs. Lots of seating is on the deck for all to enjoy. Beach towels are not provided but there is a laundry room on site.
* Once you are on this island oasis you will never want to leave. Enjoy the tennis courts, horseshoes, kayaks, and basketball courts right across the street. An outdoor grilling area is provided for guests and there is a GREAT general store across the street that carries everything from coffee, ice cream, food, beach attire, souvenirs and more.
* One of the fun features on the island is the Tiki Hut. It is open every day and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It has a T.V. and music along with yard games and special events happening all of the time.
* Within a 5 minute drive you can get to a beautiful 18 hole golf course, a variety of restaurants and grocery stores along with several fun places to go shopping.
