This 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath condo provides a cost-effective central location to enjoy Park City. Situated on the Park City Golf Course and just minutes from Park City Resort and Historic Old Town Park City.
- 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6 in beds.
- Master Suite has a King bed and private bathroom (tub/shower).
- 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed.
- 3rd loft bedroom has a King bed.
- Guest bathroom shared between 2ne and 3rd bedrooms.
- Fully equipped, bright and clean kitchen/dining area.
- Cozy fireplace to gather around at the end of the day.
- Private carport parking in front of unit.
- Park Avenue Condominiums clubhouse includes hot tub and heated pool area.
- Located along the 18th hole fairway at the Park City Golf Course and less than 1/3 mile to the Eagle Lift at Park City Mountain Resort.

- We have always maintained a very high housekeeping, sanitizing and laundry standard at our properties.
- CHECK-IN - Arrival is after 4pm. You can call/text on the day of your arrival to check if the unit is available but early access is not guaranteed.
- CHECK-OUT - Departure is 10am or earlier. You can call/text the day before your departure to check on flexibility but late check-out is not guaranteed.
