Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath ground floor condo with larger patio. This condo is newly renovated and beautifully furnished. Split floor plan with a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom! Huge walk in closet in the master bedroom and both bathrooms have new quartz countertops.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen sink has a Culligan drinking water filtration system connected too!! This unit has a full size washer and dryer located in the main hallway.
Large covered patio overlooking a courtyard with seating for 4.
Our gated community has 2 heated swimming pools and hot tubs, a clubhouse, full gym and multiple grilling areas. We are steps away from the main pool, clubhouse and gym!
Located just south of the 101 and minutes away from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter! Fantastic location with great shopping, restaurants and many golf courses surrounding you!
55” Smart TV with Cable / Netflix & streaming access as well as Wi-fi in unit!

The host was very easy to communicate with. The unit is just as the pictures show. Perfect location for access to Mayo Clinic and shopping.

Very clean, lots of towels, etc., everything worked, great a/c, comfy bed (only used the primary bed). Lots of very close parking while we were there (early October). Very close to the pool. Very attentive and caring owners.Lost one star only because it was pretty small—we’re used to bigger—but for our just 8 night stay, it was fine.

Perfect place.

Perfect home away from home easy drive to the best restaurants, Mayo Clinic, and the 101, and easy to get around. The property was clean and everything needed was all right there. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Everything was perfect!

What a fabulous place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It’s newly renovated, well stocked with amenities and conveniently located to all parts of the valley. Angela‘s communication was exceptional. And the welcome gift was a very nice touch. We intend to stay again next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful

The property was wonderful. The condo was VERY clean. The beds were comfortable and also furniture. The property owner communicated before and during our stay. Supplies were well organized and even some toiletries were provided (shampoo, soap, tissues. etc). The pool and hot tub area was also very nice. Heated pool. Loved all the nice touches. Would stay again when in Scottsdale.

Nice condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. The condo is very clean and nicely updated. The hot tub, pool and clubhouse we great and very close to the condo. Angela was very easy to work with and was available for any questions we had. The north Scottsdale location is perfect- near so many things. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Accomodations

This property is beautiful. It is clean, new, the beds and bedding are so comfortable. Everything's provided, washer & dryer in unit, towels, kitchenware, paper towels, Kuerig, plus coffee, toaster, blender. A television in the living area & in each bedroom. Many extras, board games, cleaning supplies, towels for the pool as well. The pool & hot tub area is beautiful! The waterfalls are relaxing. The workout room is terrific. The owners have gone above & beyond in providing extras. We felt right at home. Communication with the owner is excellent & the check in was easy. It's located in a safe gated community. Wonderful place!

the condo was just perfect for my needs. I was in AZ for a week of crisis intervention with an elderly mother and it was great to come back to the condo at night for respite. Angela answered numerous questions quickly and helpfully, which was much appreciated. I would stay here again the next time I am in Phoenix.

Visiting family

Property was exactly as the pictures shown on the app. Everything we needed was there for us to immediately start enjoying our stay. The place was secure and in a great location close to everything we wanted to see and enjoy. Kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast before we started our day. We used the pool and the gym without any problems. Hosts were very responsive and checked in throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property.
