Amazing Gulf Access Lake views from this beautiful Vacation Home in lovely SE Cape Coral, with southern exposure! It is within walking distance to restaurants/bars, bowling, shopping and fitness center. The gorgeous pool, with an integrated hot tub is heated.

The Space
The lanai has it all – a covered & screened in sitting area, Gas Grill, cozy Dining, and lovely Sunbeds. Sitting on the Dock - fishing, relaxing, and watching nature and sunsets - lets you wish the vacation never ends.

The fully equipped home includes TVs an upgraded cable package (ESPN, FOX Sports, NBC Sports, etc.), 150 Mbps High-Speed Internet, appliances, and breathtaking views of the lake and pool area.

There may be an additional length of stay requirement during holiday weeks and high season. Please inquire! :)

6.6 miles to closest public beach (Yacht Club Public Beach, small beach)

15.3 miles to Fort Myers Beach (= nearest large beach is Fort Myers Beach w/ options for water sports, tubing, water skiing, etc, lots of bars, restaurants and beach stores.)

16.3 miles to the Sanibel Causeway

21.7 miles to Sanibel Beach

IMPORTANT: Children must be supervised at all times and may NEVER be near the pool or canal alone. There are stairs, a balcony and a 'loft area' upstairs that is NOT fenced (there is a railing only). Children MUST be supervised at all times. Guest(s) must inspect the property on arrival. If there are safety concerns guest(s) must leave the premises immediately.

All guests must be registered. For groups less than 7 guests, please let us know the number of bedrooms you plan to use during your stay at time of booking.

Rental rate includes an average usage of electricity of $ 100.00/week. Excessive usage mayb be charged at $0.15/kwh (electric meter is read at check-in and check-out)

The boat lift has a boat on it, but there is sufficient space to tie a boat to the dock. Please note the garage is not included in the rental.

Great property

The house worked very well for our large family. Spacious bedrooms for everyone, kids loved their room, and the pool/view/location was awesome. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

It was an absolute pleasure staying in this beautiful home! Our entire family loved it - we ranged in age from 6 years old to 66 years old and it was perfect for everyone. Angelika, the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. It was hard to leave this oasis!

This property exceeded expectations in every way! From the moment the booking was made, the owner was incredibly helpful and very responsive. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with a stunning lake view. The house was very well stocked in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The private pool and hot tub were amazing, and the outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing were loved. The stay felt so at home and had a truly unforgettable experience.

1st time visiting Cape Coral

The house was comfortable, lovely and a great location. It was well stocked with comfortable beds, furniture and linens. The property mgr was responsive and helpful. Neighbors were very friendly. Our other travelers enjoyed their stay too.

Great Cape Coral Find

The property was very nice. Clean. Very large house. Lots of space for large group or family. Beautiful view and quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled and in a nice neighborhood. We had a great stay.

Family Holiday Trip

The house is very large. Our family group included 3 couples, 2 young adults, and a 3 year old. Having 3 king size master suites was great. The “kids” room was perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter, lots of toys and a toddler bed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Location is good, close to grocery and access to rest of area. Management was easy to work with and communication was easy & quick responses. Pool is nice, can’t beat that southern exposure! We stayed 2 weeks over Christmas/New Years. Even had a dolphin visit right off the boat lift!

Wonderful but needs TLC

We stayed at this house last year as well. It’s in a wonderful location. House Girl is fantastic!! The inside of the house is nicely done. Unfortunately, the outside of the house has been neglected since hurricane Ian. Birds live down the chimney. Lots of bugs, worms on lanai and outside the front door. Must watch where you are stepping. There is no cage over the pool, which causes the pool and lanai to be maintained daily. They have two obnoxious trees growing over and near the pool. My husband would have to clean it and then clean it again in the same day to keep the leaves, the bugs and worms at bay. We still love it. Just wish the owners would love it as much.

Vacation paradise

My husband and I rented this wonderful house with another couple. We had a few of our young adult children, a younger niece and nephew come and go during our stay. It was amazing. House, views, water, everything. My husband was only able to join for the last 2 weeks, walked in and said, “why are we not renting this next year?” …. Explains the house! Perfect Then we had the most wonderful host- Angelika. Not only pleasant to talk with, but…. Anything we needed, questioned, or anything else- she was on top of all of it. Absolutely amazing, wonderful, and attentive to her job. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

Excellent house to accommodate our large family during our Christmas vacation. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the spacious kitchen as well as the screened in patio. The pool and hot tub were a great place to relax and have fun. Also loved the gorgeous lake views, especially the sunsets! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The kids enjoyed having their own room and bathroom space. It was great to only be 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Angelika also made our stay a breeze and was available for any questions throughout our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Just What We Needed!

What happens when 3 couples from Tennessee take a trip together? Nothing but great things! The house was perfect - plenty of room that we could spread out and read, watch the water or sit by the pool and of course watch football. We cooked every evening and used the grill several times. The location is close to everything. Angie was very gracious and helpful - a true asset! A great time was had by all.

We loved this villa!

The house was amazing! Location is great close to everything! Angie was so helpful. We asked for early check in after a 14hr drive and Angie was very understanding and let us check in early as it was available. We had some issues with the pool pump & hot tub (at no fault of the owner) and she came out immediatly to fix it and was quick with replying with anything we needed the entire week. The house was beautiful had everything we needed. We had 9 people in our family and the house was very accommodating for us everyone had their own space. We would absolutely rent again!

Simply amazing!

This is definitely the largest villa in the neighborhood. Very clean, large rooms, 5-stars all the way! We immediately fell in love with this house, and the truly amazing view. I've never seen so much luxury for so little money. Simply awesome!

Es war von allen bisher gebuchten Häusern das mit Abstand schönste. Der Blick über die Bucht ist atemberaubend schön. Das Haus ist wunderbar großzügig und toll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten definitiv wieder. Danke an das Team für den tollen Check in.
