The Pelican`s Nest Egg - Hosted By Moore AI Rentals

Step into this GORGEOUS residential beach house with high-end finishes, amazing ocean views and plenty of space for a month long stay on Amelia Island. The Pelican's Nest Egg offers everything needed for a luxury vacation and more including an oversized private pool, spacious decks, gourmet kitchen and of course ocean views.
Guests are greeted by a grand entrance of stairs leading to the front porch and main living area. The open floor plan connects the high-end kitchen, dining and main living area allowing ocean views from each space.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including a Nespresso coffee maker, Vitamix blender, Kitchen Aid toaster, cookware, utensils and more. Some of the upgrades include Jenn Air appliances, a gas range, a prep sink, and even a wine refrigerator. The custom dining table and banquette benches can fit from four to eight people and nearby is a bistro table with seating for two. The main living area offers a large flat-screen TV with Comcast cable, and ample seating for friends and family to gather.
The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom and of course views of Amelia Island's pristine beach. There are four other guest rooms and four bathrooms as well (see amenity list for bedding details.)
The outside of this property is just as beautiful and well thought out as the inside with a private gated backyard, outdoor shower, driveway parking, and an amazing pool with a lounge area and additional swim out! The property is perfectly located between beach access 16 and 17 making the beach extremely accessible for guests.

Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)

The location was excellent. The public beach access was across the street and a short walk to the beautiful wide beach. We also really enjoyed the pool. It was so nice to have access to the bikes for riding around the island. Also a short walk or ride to Egan's creek.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pelican's Nest Egg. The applications on the television provided a great variety of entertainment options. We appreciated that there were bikes available for our use. We would recommend including the bikes, beach towels, cart, chairs, etc... on the list of amenities. These items were greatly appreciated. Thanks again for taking such great care of us. Dana was very helpful, friendly and highly responsive to all our questions and quick to address any issues. We found that the electric grill wasn't working and notified her. She offered to have someone go to Lowes to get a new one, but another staff member remembered that there was a grill in the garage, under the stairs. He even offered to come over and assemble the grill on Christmas Eve. When the pool pump froze and fractured, Dana had the pool repairman over that same day.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed and well decorated. We enjoyed the pool, the short walk to the beach, and all of the beach toys and furniture that were provided. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pelicans Nest is a beautiful and spacious home. Kitchen is fully stocked. The pool and its sitting area was perfect! All in all, a great rental for our family. We are definitely going back next year. We loved all the parking space AND loved the downstairs area (garage) where we could store our beach stuff every day. Just wheeled everything in each afternoon then went for a dip before dinner. You can’t beat that! A perfect month had by the ProstKo’s. My granddaughters over it. They are only 2 but I know they loved the home. My daughter in law was very pregnant the first week of July but had a great time. She deliver out grandson on Monday, August 1st. Thank you for allowing us to rent your gorgeous home for the month. We’re are very thankful. Same as #1.

My husband and I rented The Pelican's Nest Egg for ~3 months (December through February) and absolutely loved our experience. The house provided very good space for us to live and work remotely. We also hosted two guests during our time and the property could have easily accommodated several more. We walked on the beach almost every day using the very nearby public beach access. During the warmer days / nights we were able to relax outside on the upper deck. The property was very clean, the master bedroom bed was comfortable, and we had all the appliances we needed (kitchen appliances, multiple tvs, wifi, etc.). The house is also well located for driving into downtown. We hope to rent this property again in the future! Brett and Chasta were both very responsive to all our inquiries prior to booking, prior to our arrival, and throughout the 3 months we were renting the property. The property was clean when we arrived. The house manual provided helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. We were very pleased with the Moore Amelia Island Rentals Team.
