Located in the heart of New Seabury and a 2 minute walk to the private beach.

Highlights include a modern kitchen, private patio with ocean views as well as from the master bedroom

Living Area

The living area offers comfortable seating with a couch and two armchairs. Equipped with a DVD player, Apple TV and. 32 inch flat-screen smart TV makes this the perfect area to enjoy a movie night.

Kitchen and Dining

New appliances (gas stove and microwave) and granite countertops with white wooden cabinets in the well-appointed kitchen. Dining area includes a large table with bench and chair seating options. Coffee maker, tea kettle, glassware, dishes, silverware and toaster provided.

Bedrooms and Baths

This two-story home sleeps up to four guests between two bedrooms.

The second-floor master features a queen-sized bed and has a perfect view of the ocean. Full bathroom includes a shower on the second floor.

Outdoor area

Host a barbecue on the patio, surrounded by a white picket fence. You will find a gas grill, alfresco dining for four.

This house was perfectly located for our young family. It had everything we needed for the beach and was well stocked with many other essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely cottage

We had a lovely time staying at Linda’s cottage. Great location to walk to the private beach. She provided nice beach chairs, towels which was really appreciated.

Great spot near the beach and fun little community spot with restaurants, market and nightly music for kids. An ideal trip for a young family.

Cut Cottage

Cute small cottage in an adorable neighborhood and lovely location. Very short, easy walk to the beach. The beach chairs and cabana were perfect for a day in the beach. Loved the view from the patio. Owner was very responsive, answered all my questions about the area and even suggested things to see and do. It was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Off-Season Retreat

We traditionally travel during Thanksgiving, and selected this cottage to have a fun New England style celebration. This cottage exceeded our expectations for an off-season rental. The cottage had plenty of room for the four of us, and the furniture and beds were all very comfortable. It has a soothing coastal decor, and is very well kept. The kitchen is compact, but was well equipped, so we had no issues roasting a 12 lb. turkey and making all the traditional sides. The views from the cottage are outstanding, both of the ocean and the quaint cottages surrounding us - one day we even watched the sunrise over the Atlantic from the bedroom window. It took no more than 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The area is not overly developed, and it was quiet and relaxing. I imagine it is much more crowded in the high season, but there is plenty of sand and surf for everyone, and everyone that we met was friendly. Plenty to do in the surrounding area, and a supermarket is only about a 10 minute drive away. The property owner is very responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our general needs were met. If you are trying to decide on a place to stay, whatever season it might be, this is a great choice.

Love everything about this slice of Heaven

Love Linda as much as her fabulous cottage! We have seen a lot of mashop village homes but none with this incredible view and location ! We are already planning our next stay there .
