New Seabury Getaway w/ Private Beach Access!

Well-stocked, cozy retreat in the charming, Nantucket-style community of Maushop Village that offers privacy as well as easy access to both the deeded beach and the Popponesset Marketplace.

First floor living room, with dine-in kitchen, and newly renovated 1/2 bath. Open interior, cozy coastal decor, 52" flatscreen Smart TV, dining table, desk, board games and books to enjoy. Outdoor brick patios both front and back.

Kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, all cooking/baking essentials, indoor and outdoor dishes/flatware, and spices.

The home offers central A/C for those hot days and opposing sliding doors that provide a lovely ocean breeze when A/C is not in use.

The primary bedroom has a King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, with a shared full bath. Ceiling fans in each. Enjoy the balconies off both bedrooms with tranquil views.

Outdoor dining, gas grill, balcony w/ seating, private beach access, beach towels, chairs, & beach tent/umbrella. The private beach is a short 2-minute walk, and it is in the perfect location for a short walk to the Popponesset Marketplace where you can enjoy a coffee shop, the Raw Bar, a pizza parlor, and another great restaurant, live music, a mini golf course, and some charming shops. It is also a short ride to Mashpee Commons with lots of great shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Additional amenities include washer and dryer, towels, linens, central A/C and heating, Coway and Blue Air HEPA filters, hair dryer, and curling iron.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay in a very nice quiet part of cape cod. The hosts were very kind and communicated very well as needed. Highly recommend to anyone considering!

Perfect spot for Poppy stay

If you are headed to this part of the Cape, this is a wonderful condo - amazing location for Poppy marketplace, Inn. Beach access was a plus. Definitely need to be okay with steep stairs to access the bedrooms but it was perfect for our family of 3.

Great family vacation

This was a great vacation! The house was lovely. We have stayed in Maushop Village for the last four years and it never disappoints. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided everything we might need for a vacation. I highly recommend this property.

Great Maushop location

Have stayed at other locations in Maushop and this is by far the perfect location. A great terrace off both bedrooms great view. Very clean, very comfortable, many thoughtful touches and amenities. Felt like home. Thank you so much we will be back

Great Vacay

This is without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had using VRBO or any other rental site. Easy walk to the beach, stores, and less than 5 minute drive to AC marina casinos... would definitely come back anytime

We loved our brief stay at the lovely, well outfitted, and classy little beach cottage! It was clean, charming and perfectly located for our plans to ferry to Nantucket for the day then head up to the Cape Cod National Seashore on our second day trip. 2nd Summer in Maushop

This was our second visit to Maushop Village. Loved this home. Beautiful and clean and they provide plenty of chairs, towels and boogie boards.

Wonderful and accomodating

The owners were wonderful and accommodating. The cleaning service they used were not as thorough as we would have liked, but the owner was very quick to work with us on making things right. We enjoyed our stay!

Spent an amazing week with my family at this delightful property in Maushop Village! The place was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials for a perfect stay. Perfect location, wonderful owners, best vacation

We had such a wonderful time on Brigantine staying in Shelly’s condo. It was the perfect place for us to stay to be close to family, not to mention how close it was to great food and the beach. We loved it. We loved all the little details that made the place feel like home. And it had laundry! We hope to be back again next summer!

Great location, great price and Super Clean

Loved the house, the host was available prior to check in to answer any questions I had. Check in and check out was smooth and the notes left on the fridge on how to operate the lights, fans and ac were very helpful. Loved the location!! The lady at Joe’s Seaside Market was really friendly and helpful also.

Beautiful and clean!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful beach getaway. Everything was perfect. The owners were super nice, helpful, and quick to help with anything. The place was very clean, and had everthing you could possibly need. My family loves vacationing in Maushop Village, and we will definitely be coming back to this place in the future!

Great weekend in Brigatine.

Spent a long weekend in Brigatine to celebrate our anniversary. The FAB condo was as described and perfect for our needs. Its in a nice area within walking distance to a couple restaurants, market, liquor store and the beach. Shelly was communicative and provided us with what we needed.
