Fantastic house and location for our annual beach trip. With the recently added rooms on the bottom floor, it made it perfect for our two families to enjoy time together and have our space too. The pool and privacy fencing was excellent. Overall we agreed this house was our favorite yet. Hope to be back next year!

Our Awesome 2 week stay

Loved the priority and it was just as it was shown on line. Clean, convenient to the beach and a nice calm atmosphere. Pool was wonderful as well! Definitely would stay there again!

Beautiful Home & Kind Host

We had a wonderful time staying in this Bungalow! The pool area is so stunning and perfect for children. We rented a golf cart for easy access to the beach very close by. The host was kind, responsive and super easy to work with. Would absolutely visit again.

Great house!

We were a little nervous because this is a new property, but the responsiveness of the rental company was very reassuring. The house looks exactly like the pictures! The location is great and the walk to the beach was very easy with a toddler. We absolutely loved this property and hope to stay here next year!

Last hurrah

The house was just what we hope for! It was perfect for our two families and our teenagers. Location is amazing- walk to the beach. Pool was fun, too. Loved the views from the porches and lots of outdoor space too for socializing. Would love to return next summer!

60th Surprise Birthday Stay

Wonderful beach house! Loved the location - secluded enough but close by to the beach and restaurants, etc. The pool was the best! We celebrated my husband's 60th bd (It was a surprise to him!) with our daughters, son in laws, and grandchildren. The house had everything we needed as we ate all our meals there. Very clean and their was plenty of towels for all of us during the whole stay. The host was very easy to work with and we hope to stay again next year!

Great house at Ocean Isle Beach

We really enjoyed our visit at Beach Bungalow. The house was clean and comfortable with every amenity that we could want. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the wide-open beach at the east end of the island. The pool is pretty small but looked very refreshing (we did not use it because we spent our sunny days at the beach) and had plenty of lounge chairs. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the back deck. The host reached out at the beginning and end of our stay to make sure that everything was acceptable. We would definitely book this house again.

A Little Slice of Heaven!

This was our first trip to the island. We loved it so much that we plan to come back next year. Location of the cottage was perfect, nice and quiet too! House is towards the end of the island which we liked. The morning and evening views of the sunrise and sunset were stunning. Weather couldn’t have been better! Pictures of listing were accurate. Only flaw would be that the high traffic areas of carpet need to be cleaned. Other than that, house was nice and clean. Communication with Foster was great! Thanks again!

Beautiful House!

We had a Great family vacation at this property and really enjoyed the pool area, the pool is small but we were a smaller group. The house is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay and just a tiny walk to the beach. We took our dog and it was a perfect house for him with the little fenced in area in back by pool, if your dog can’t do stairs then that would be a problem. We had to leave a day early because of hurricane threat but it didn’t bother us, we had perfect weather prior and no problems. The house is perfect and we would definitely stay here again in Ocean isle. Foster was very nice and helped with any questions or issues.

Ocean Isle Family Fun

The home is nice and in a great location in Ocean Isle. The main living space and kitchen were very nice, open, bright, and clean. The format of the bedrooms and bathrooms off of the main living area worked very well. The pool was small but nice. However, there were a few issues. There was pet hair all over the floors in the bedrooms. The outdoor furniture was filthy because when the cleaning company hosed off the deck, all the dirt from the deck fell onto the furniture below. There were 2 piles of dog poop left in the backyard from previous renters. The laundry was inconvenient because you have to go outside and down the deck stairs to get to it on the ground floor. Since the house is surrounded by some standing water, we couldn’t go outside at night because of the bugs. And lastly, we went to grill out one night and the propane tank was empty, so we had to go get a new tank. When we told the property manager that we would like refunded for the tank they said of course, but next time to let them know and we’ll get you a new tank. That’s great, but it’s usually discovered that a tank is empty when you are in the process of cooking, and we couldn’t wait. Also, we never got refunded for the propane tank after being told we would be more than once. Unfortunately Hurricane Debby cut our trip short, but overall we enjoyed the house and location. However, we probably will not rent this house again.
