Dadeville LAKEFRONT Family Retreat w/219ft of shoreline & private boat launch!

**Big water views, without the busy boat traffic!** Book your football weekends now--40 minute drive over to Auburn! Fantastic 4br/2.5 bath home w/219 ft of shoreline has a gently sloping lot and VIEWS FOR MILES. This is the perfect spot for family gatherings, with the home located close to Chuck's, Bama Park, Crowne Pointe and Union Boat Ramp. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults + 6 kids. 10 minute boat ride to popular spots like (former) Goat Island and Chimney Rock. Upper level features open floorplan w/all appliances updated in 2020, wood burning fireplace, dining table for 8, bar seating for 3, and designated workspace. Large master bedroom (king) with full bath and guest bedroom (queen) w/half bath also found here. Lower level features massive family room, complete w/vintage gaming systems and pool table. Guest bedroom features a queen bed and vanity area. Bunk room can easily sleep 6 kids and is located next to a full bath. Many past guests say that the layout of the house is perfect for separating out adults from kids/teens, with everyone being able to have plenty of space to enjoy the home. Lower level has covered back patio, only steps to the water. Large floating dock and dock for seating found here, along with boat ramp. (If you prefer a public boat launch, Union Boat Ramp off Centerport Rd is an easy 5 minute drive.) Upper level deck is also covered and features some of the best sunset views on Lake Martin. Gas grill, charcoal, grill, and smoker all included. Bring your fishing poles or use our complimentary accessories (life vests, kayak). House is stocked well for cooking and includes light pantry items for guest use. **Year round water available here, but water levels are considerably lower in Nov-Mid March due to the lowering of the lake level. Cannot guarantee the use of dock/ramp during this time.**

We had the best weekend at the lake, a great time to relax with family and a short drive into Auburn for a football game. We would recommend your family enjoy a stay as well, give it a try!

Thanks Rima. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. The new Lake Martin Grocery store was only 15 minutes away and was a great option for all our shopping needs. Sitting on the deck or the dock was so peaceful and the sunsets were amazing. Rented a boat and there was plenty of water to dock in October.

Excellent Accommodations

Our family ranges in age and interests. All of us love the beach but the Pool is a real bonus for the smaller ones toget to enjoy the water. Home is well stocked and great location. We are already booked for 2026!

We absolutely loved the house! Wonderful views, especially at sunset! The house was very clean when we arrived and was great to relax at after boating and swimming. The dock was great for tying the boat up to and getting in the water for a swim. We also enjoyed the the outside bbq grills. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Perfect Location For a Family Vacation

This house was great for our small family. We had tons of room, and could have easily accommodated a lot more people if needed. The location on the lake was also perfect, not to mention the view. We would definitely rent it again.

Loved!!

We had the best time at this house. Beautiful house with comfortably beds. Plenty of room for everyone. I think we played like 100 games of pool. The AC works great as well as the other appliances. We will definitely be coming back!

Family FUN on Lake Martin

Our family had a wonderful trip to Lake Martin! The house was clean, spacious and well-stocked with necessities (towels, dishes, utensils, etc). Great set up for adults and kids. The location on the lake was absolutely perfect - a nice peaceful area with minimal boat traffic. We enjoyed exploring the lake, jumping from Chimney Rock, tubing and just floating and swimming off the dock. Would definitely recommend and would book again. Thanks so much!

Family getaway

This was our first time at Lake Martin and this property was perfect for our family and pets. The house was clean and on a perfect spot on the lake. We brought our dogs and they had plenty of space to play and have fun. We had a good experience using the grill and canoe that was part of the house. We played in the lake and had the perfect time using the dock to tie our rented pontoon and oversized rafts to. Would definitely recommend this listing and stay here again.

blended work/relax trip

The only negative was me and my father were there for a work event across the Lake and couldn't spend more time exploring and experiencing all Lake Martin has to offer. Looking forward to coming back on a strictly pleasure trip soon
