R & R in Naples

We stayed at this property for the month of February, and have only good things to say. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient to all attractions. We enjoyed the access to Park Shore beach and the walking path. Property manager, Samantha was attentive and quick to respond to just a few requests. The backyard is drenched in sunshine and the pool wasenjoyed.We hope to be back at this home again!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well equipped. The property manager was very good with communication as we had several questions regarding equipment/appliance operations. We loved the location too. We would definitely stay here again.

Returning stay

This is our second year staying at Ketch Drive, and it truly feels like a home away from home for families. The villa is charming, with very comfortable beds and a delightful outdoor space. They thoughtfully provided an abundance of beach equipment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Samantha, the host, was exceptional—attentive and dedicated to ensuring we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality really enhanced our experience. A wonderful house, perfect location, and a lovely host. We look forward to returning!

Quiet getaway

We found everything as described. Communication with host (Samantha) was pleasing. When I asked for an iron and a board she provided us instantly with all I needed. We enjoyed the two bikes and loved the tranquility and peace in the backyard. The only objection I have is the cleanliness which was below my expectation for this prize level. We found food debris on the floor and on the outside furniture. Windows had not be cleaned either. When I made a complain the cleaner was sent immediately though.

The perfect location for our Naples getaway

As the title suggests, the location is marvelous - on a very quiet street, walking distance to the beach and in the center of everything. 5th Avenue, Old Naples, Mercado, and multiple restaurant areas are all within 10 minutes. The house itself is very fairly represented from the photos. It’s well-appointed. The beds are very comfortable. There is a big cantilever umbrella in the back yard for the fairer-skinned. The televisions in the living room and each bedroom are hooked up for all streaming channels and the internet is fast - it needs to be as the cell service in Naples can be spotty. The house was clean and they provided all the basic provisions you hope for in such a rental. Samantha was very helpful. We didn’t need much but, on the first day, the pool was a bit chilly. When I informed her, she responded immediately and came over within a couple of hours to fix it. After that, the water was beautifully warm. Thanks for renting to us. It was an amazing trip and the house definitely was a contributing factor in this.

A great vacation spot

We love Naples. This is the first time renting a house. We love the house and pool. The backyard is private. The house was spotless and everything we needed was provided. We used the bikes to ride to the beach. Naples still has some Ian cleanup to do. Two beach parks not open, but could easily access beach in Naples. Would rent house again, Samantha was great/responsive.

Thanksgiving Respite

We returned to Naples for Thanksgiving with family and friends at a very difficult time. Some of us at the Thanksgiving table have lost everything to hurricane Ian. But coming together to support each other at this lovely, peaceful home was just what we needed. The Moorings neighborhood is a very special place with warm, friendly and kind people. Being able to bring our canine companion was wonderful and enabled us to meet many neighbors on our daily walks. You could not hope for better amenities, cleanliness, convenience and, most importantly, a responsive property Manager who will assure your stay is perfect! We look forward to coming back.

Naples Stay on Ketch

We used to have a condo on GSBN so we are quite familiar with the area. This house was what we expected. There was a flood light on the rear that stobed at night if we walked out. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the back yard due to negative drainage of the yard. Overall, the house interior suited our purposes, is very nicely decorated, and very well appointed with all the essentials that we did not have to go out and buy. We had a great stay and the house was perfect for us with the exception of the two things mentioned above.

Perfect house with private beach parking

We stayed as a family of 5 for 12 days. The owners have thought of everything you might need on holiday - beach towels, chairs, bikes, drinks cooler …you name it! Any small issues were dealt with swiftly by the property manager who lives nearby.

A dream month spent in Naples

I loved every minute of my stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable and full of natural light. The outdoor living space with pool and huge yard was used everyday! The location is excellent. I loved being close to the beach, The Village for shopping and to Downtown. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. I felt extremely safe, and at home. Great house! Great location!

Beautifully kept home

We enjoyed our stay, the house was amazing!! Very clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The furnishings were tasteful and everything seemed new!! Beds were very comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this house.

Fantastic vacation!

Our family enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful property — we could not have been happier! The home is located in a lovely, well maintained, quiet neighborhood, conveniently located within a 5-10-minute drive of the beach, 5th Ave, Mercato, the Waterside Shops, and the Ritz Carlton, where we enjoyed dinner and sunset cocktails at Gumbo Limbo a few times during our stay. The house itself is equipped with everything you might need in a home-away-from-home. We appreciated having a washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach bikes, smart TVs, and a Sonos sound system. It was also so nice to have full-size Pantene shampoo and conditioner and Dove body wash, plus toilet paper and paper towels stocked in the bathroom. Decor throughout is exactly as shown online, (perhaps even nicer than what we were expecting) and the house was sparkling clean when we arrived. To provide critical feedback — and we’re really stretching here — it would be nice to have more lounge chairs out by the pool (there are only 2, plus an outdoor L-shaped sofa), additional lighting at the desk in the living room, and a more stable bed frame in the rear guest bedroom (it’s a bit creaky). But these are minor points that did not detract from our enjoyment of the property in the slightest. We look forward to returning in the future!
