INFINITY POOL, HOT TUB and EXPANSIVE DECK

VIEW - Outstanding 180-degree view from decks, balcony and sunroom of Bufflehead Pond and 12th tee of Osprey Point Golf Course.

LAYOUT - The floor plan encourages ease of indoor/outdoor entertainment and living, while also allowing for plenty of privacy for groups large or small.

LOCATION - Easily bike or drive to arguably the best beach spot on the island - 5 minutes by bike, 3 minutes by car, 10 minutes walking.

ENTERTAINMENT - The house is equipped with an 82" widescreen and Sonos sound system in the main living area. The sunroom overlooking the pool has a 75” TV with Sonos sound system. The garage has a great space to let kids loose with TV and ping-pong. Several bedrooms have TVs as well. Indoor games, outdoor games and books will ensure guests have plenty of options on-hand.

REMOTE WORKABILITY - 3 desks, a pair of computer flatscreens and printer set-up provide closed-door locations to work with privacy from others.

Wonderful House

The vacation home was fabulous. There are many gathering places as well as many areas for getting away. The remodeled kitchen is great. The two decks with spectacular views of the golf course are a plus. The location was private and super close to the best beach area on the island. The property owner stayed in touch, but we did not need her because everything was perfect.

Perfect house for the family

Many houses claim to be a 5 star house and fall short. That was not the case here. The home was recently renovated and is beautiful inside and out! The infinity pool on the spacious deck was the center of our family life during our stay. The owners and property manager were responsive and gracious with their time and recommendations. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Beautiful, luxe and peaceful

The four of us spent Thanksgiving week at this beautiful home. It was comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and had all the amenities! We love biking down to the beach and going for walks. We went fishing (chartered a boat one day) the guys went golfing. We all enjoyed the hot tub (and even cold plunge in the infinity edge pool !)The hosts were highly responsive to every question, even on a holiday week! highly recommend!

2022 Family Fun

The house is beautifully renovated and is a short bike from the beach and a short drive from the Ocean course. Owners and property manager are very responsive to the needs of their guests. We had family there with many different desires from an activities perspective so we rented 9 bikes which were delivered by the resort and people were able to come and go as they pleased. The kitchen and supplies were big enough to feed that army too.

Spring Break in Kiawah

Our family spent a week during spring break at this amazing home. Our host, Jocee, was super helpful at every turn and made the process seamless from start to finish. The back deck gets sun all day and has beautiful views. Inside, the home is updated, modern and beautiful. We have been to Kiawah every year for the last ten years and this home was one of our favorites, highly recommend.

Great Thanksgiving week--2021

We were a party of 7, with 5 needing space to work remotely at least part of the week. Plenty of private space to do this. Internet speed was good and capable of handling the many devices we all brought along and connected to the WiFi. View from deck was spectacular and there was plenty of group seating space for us to chat and watch TV. Loved the kitchen and the outdoor grill. Thumbs up from all our family members. Owner was very responsive with answers to questions as well.

Beautiful Turnkey Home—Thoughtful Host

The house was wonderful—even better than the photos. Clean, thoroughly updated, well stocked, warm and inviting. Lovely neighborhood. Short bike ride to the beach along charming golf course shortcut. Host provide very clear instructions and thoughtful recommendations which were appreciated. All in all, a fabulous vacation in large part because the house was so nice and easy.

Lovely home in a beautiful location!

We had a wonderful vacation. The home is lovely & has a very well equipped kitchen. The property owners were very responsive to emails & even had flowers for us upon our rival. We vacation on Kiawah every year & this was the first time at this end of the island & it was beautiful. We would highly recommend this vacation property!

Wonderful first fam vacation in a while

Really lovely, elegant place to stay on Kiawah! We enjoyed the nice finishes and vibe in this home. My wife and I loved sitting on the back deck in the early morning with a fresh coffee listening to the wildlife come to life. Also appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was- very thoughtful touches. Movie night every evening after dinner was a blast with the massive TV and theater sound :-) Very restful and recuperative week indeed!
