This 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach house sleeps 8 guests and is a short 1 min walk to the sands of Hampton Beach, South and is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer including the boardwalk, restaurants, theaters, shops, and fishing piers. Hop in the car and drive to popular local destinations- North Beach, 10min, Newburyport MA is 20 min, Kittery ME is 25 minutes, Portsmouth NH is 25 min, Boston is 50 min.

Loved this quirky house! It was the perfect size for us to spread out and relax. The beach was absolutely stunning and a quick walk, and sunrise is accurate. Sunrises and morning runs on the beach were amazing. We loved our stay. The little fireplace was a nice bonus for a chilly evening in October. The kitchen had good basics. Everything was clean and bright.

We love this property! It is so close to the beach, just a short block to walk. And the beach in this part of the strip is quieter, with less congestion than the boardwalk area. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the added wrap around porch gives you a lot of room to spread out. Having 2 bathrooms is a big plus and the washer and dryer makes life easier when you have children. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in and the expandable dining table gave us enough room for everyone to sit at the table for meals. Jackie is a great host, she’s extremely responsive and accommodating, which I really appreciate. We have stayed there twice for a family weekend and only wish it was a little larger for our growing family. Highly recommend.

Our stay could not have been more enjoyable! More than enough space for 5 adults and a child, cleanliness was top notch, along with the fact that the property was equipped with everything you would possibly need! Location was perfect and could not recommend this location enough as it is steps to the beach. Could not recommend this property enough for a weekend or weeklong getaway for families or couples.

Family getaway

The location was great just a couple minutes to the beach. Lots of food and activities a short distance away. The house can sleep 8 but we came with a party of six. There were only 5 coffee mugs and 4 towels and washcloths. Certainly lacking in some.of those areas. This house is not user friendly for people who have difficulty with stairs and the only full bath is up a steep set of stairs. Just an FYI for folks coming in. It made it difficult for several of my family members.

Great place for family

This was a great place to stay with family. The bedrooms were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms really helped, especially the 1/2 bath off the front porch which came in handy. Great location, literally less than 5 minute walk. This side of the beach is much less crowded and quieter than by the strip. It was very clean and cozy. I’d definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the house/kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors seemed friendly. Felt safe. Comfortable mattresses. Charming decor. Handy outside hose for rinsing sand off boogie boards and feet. Nice beach. We found 2 sand dollars! youtube TV and Amazon Prime available for use. No surfing or skim boarding at this beach when lifeguards are on duty. Fine before and after. Drove 6 miles to Jenness Beach to surf. It was amazing. Owner great communicator. Nice to have central air conditioning!

Amazing location for family vacation

My husband and I took our two kids for a family vacation and we were all very impressed with the location of this home. You really cannot beat it - just a short walk to the beach, a nice 2 minute walk to breakfast in the morning, and right around the corner from all the festivities. A few things to note about the house itself: - The upstairs is a little cramped, with the bathroom and two adult rooms being smaller than expected - The bathroom was frustratingly small, especially having to help toilet my younger child - The shower is very low flow - The half bath is actually outside off the deck which was fine but not expected - The ceiling fan downstairs is dangerously low; my husband walked into it putting on his sweatshirt and hurt his hand - The bunkbeds are unstable. The ladder is coming unattached from one, and the other could not be claimed at all as the whole thing wobbled too much - There is no dishwasher, be sure to bring paper plates and utensils - The temperature had to be set at 72 the entire time which was a little stuffy for me - There are no real curtains in the bedrooms so everyone was up by 6am every morning There are a few exterior security cameras which were not disclosed in the listing. The host did not check on us at all during our stay but there were no major issues to report. The location of this house really does make up for any of its shortcomings, especially if you're just looking for a place to land after a day at the beach.

Wonderful Hampton Beach House!

We really loved this property. It was just as advertised, clean, comfortable, great location. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
