Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Awesome place it is as shown. Perfect location to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Plenty of chairs at the pool. Grills were clean. We will be back.

Great Corner UnitThe unit was lovely. We enjoyed viewing the ocean and the bay. Kitchen well stocked with almost everything, even a crockpot which was really helpful! Only thing missing was a 9x13 pan. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable! Best patio furniture was new and very comfortable also. We used it several hours everyday! Decor was very lovely. We had batteries in both smoke detectors go out but maintenance was very prompt in replacing them both times. Elevators were fast and all working. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo and stay

We have stayed in many condos; this was by far one of our favorites. The balcony views were amazing (bay side and ocean front). The beds were comfortable, condo decorated well. LOVED the master shower/bathroom. The only thing that I would have preferred is if beach chairs/services came with the condo as this added an extra 500plus to our trip.

Disgusting at check in

I will preface that I waited a week for the owners to settle on cleaning reimbursement and never got back to me. At check-in after 4 we walked into an unmade King bed and a coverlet at the front door dirty laundry. It smelled and discovered when went to move it had feces in it!! I texted owner photos.The kids could not use the sofa bed as no linens as promised. Contacted housekeeping they said no one was there to clean and bring pillows, blankets and sheets for sofa bed. The following day no one and knowing they close at 5 I called and finally someone brought needed items.The beach smelled like rotten fish just the first 2 days rest it was pleasant but yellow or red flags -fyi.The online description was incorrect and being an owners suite no hotel amenities as listed like beach towels. We had to purchase them.Front desk was rude lady who talked so. Very. Slow. The suite layout was perfect and roomy. Otherwise clean. View incredible. Convenient location though I would not really walk around.Would we stay here again? Unlikely. Turquoise looks cleaner and better

Very clean and spacious

Our stay was very enjoyable. Clean, well equipped unit with easy beach access. Beds are very comfortable, but high off the ground. Beautiful view with great balcony furniture.

Great place

Will definitely stay here again. First time going to Orange Beach, place had so much to offer. Can walk to get something to eat. Condo has wonderful views, very clean kids loved it.

Condo was flooded

So where about 4 hours out from checking into this beautiful condo. All of a sudden I get a phone call from the property manager telling me there's a huge leak in the condo. So I ended up having to switch to another condo. But it worked out amazing because the condo they switched me to was even better than the one I rented. So Because my son didn't get to go on this trip I'm going to book the condo that I didn't get to stay at again in August because it's a penthouse with an amazing view and I want to see how nice it is compared to the one that I just stayed in. I was very pleased with how the situation was handled

Fantastic

It was amazing! We had a great trip. The condo itself is sooooo comfortable. The only thing we had a hiccup with was check in. The front desk people just checked us in, gave us parking passes and forgot to mention that we couldn’t get into the condo until 3PM! So we tried for 15 min getting in and locked ourselves out! Management company was quick to help, so not truly a big deal in the grand scheme. All in all 10/10 rating for this condo! We will be back!

Annual Flora Bama Vacation

Great views with a wraparound balcony, pool, beach etc. Tons of fun stuff to do. Great restaurant's, Aviation Museum, Light house, USS Alabama battleship in Mobile Alabama. The Scenic 98 drive on the way there was beautiful. Lots to do and a great time had by all.

Perfect!

Beautiful condo! Corner unit has extra balcony at front of building for afternoon sun. Chairs/foot rests on balconies were very comfy. Stunning quality furniture and classy decor. Had everything we needed for our stay. No issues with anything at all. Most importantly, the beds were incredibly comfortable. There’s nothing worse than spending a vacation unable to sleep or with a sore back because of cheap or worn out mattresses. These were all AMAZING! The only suggestion could be having a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella to use. We didn’t mind paying $50 at the beach for an entire day, but sometimes we just wanted to go for a couple of hours, so chairs and an umbrella would have been great! But it was NOT a deal breaker. We LOVED this unit and will stay again when we return to the area. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous condo with us!

Good condo, horrible mattress in master bedroom

The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It is completely worn out on one side. So bad that it feels like you are laying on a slope. Very uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch.

Relaxing stay...

Condo was great. We loved being on the top floor in the corner unit. Views were amazing. There was a great breeze blowing. Furniture on the balcony was perfect for relaxing and visiting family.

Orange Beach Vacation

The condo was just as described. It was very nice, and we had a great stay. The property has many amenities. The beach access was awesome. The only down side is that since the condo is on the top floor it took us over 30 minutes to catch an elevator down the day we left. I would suggest if you stay here to pack up/ load up the night before or super early the day of departure. Also, the lobby is on the inside of the building, but when you leave the lobby and ride up, the top floor it is not enclosed. So you are waiting for the elevator in the heat, which is not an issue when you can get on the elevator quickly. The other drawback is that they only give you one trash bag, one paper towel, ect. This is stated in the description so make sure you bring extra of those things with you. The elevator issue is why I did not rate the overall stay 5 stars.

All good!

Had a great time. Found a walk up bar along the beach nearby. Best restaurant on the island a walk away (LA Lagniappe) with great live music while at the bar across the parking lot waiting for our table. Everything we needed in the condo. The ice machine was full on arrival (needed that first cold drink after the drive). Beautiful view from our corner just not the sunset. Great patio furniture for the balcony, CR Plastics, same as home. Awesome main shower! Huge! Everything in working order. The left sink drain in the main bathroom needs to be cleared. Only complaint is that given the amount of money spent for one family a single parking spot should be included. It just comes off cheap when you spend this kind of money.
