This home is centrally located in Bella Vista and is within .05-5 miles of bike trails (Sugar Creek, Back Forty, Slaughter Pen, & Coler), golf courses, lakes, recreation centers, stores and restaurants. It is a great space for professionals, special occasions (weddings, holidays, etc.), and biking enthusiasts. This space is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, lower level rental space with a private entrance. It has a complete kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. My home is well insulated and there is minimal noise transference. It has windows in every room providing ample lighting. Both, the indoor and outdoor furnishings will make your stay enjoyable. Indoors, you will find a 55" SMART TV w/internet access, free WIFI, Plush Furnishings, Comfortable Beds, Soft Linens, Washer/Dryer, and well-supplied Kitchen. Outdoors is a Private Sitting Area with Lawn Furniture, & Gas Grill. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, that sits up against a wooded area providing you with natural views of mature trees and wildlife. There is an illuminated stone path to the private entrance. It has1,380 sq. ft. Be My Guest can be rented nightly, weekly and monthly. Downtown Bentonville is only 8.5 miles away with museums, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Other towns/communities close to Bella Vista with interesting attractions are Rogers (16 miles), Beaver Lake (20 miles), Eureka Springs (42 miles), and Branson (88 miles). Be My Guest provides brochures about attractions in and around Bella Vista.

NOTE: There are mutiple steps down a gradual slope to the entrance of the rental unit.

False advertisement. The ad said there was a brick path to the unit and this was inaccurate. The path to the unit was treacherous. It was loose gravel and large uneven stone steps. The bottom of my brand new luggage was damaged because I had to drag it over the gravel. Had I known this pathway was so terrible, I never would have booked this unit.

The pathway to the unit is shown in the listing photos so that guests can see the nature of the access before booking. The path consists of gravel, natural stone, and uneven stone steps, and this is the existing pathway leading to the rental unit. I make every effort to provide accurate photos of the property and its access so guests can determine whether the accommodations are suitable for their individual needs and belongings. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for damage that may occur from dragging luggage over the gravel or uneven stone surfaces. We appreciated how clean the property was, it's location, the ease of check-in and check-out, our host's accommodations for our needs as well as her welcoming smile and her hospitality extended towards us and our guests. This was by far the cleanest, most well kept, pretty, STR I have ever stayed in. THIS is what short term rentals are all about. The property was exactly like the listing described and depicted. It was SO CLEAN!!! There were plenty of dishes, toys for kids, books for kids, flyers for all the local attractions, blankets, towels etc etc.. Yall this is the place. So much care has been put into every detail. I can tell the host cares to provide a clean and well kept property. I often see huge maintenance issues at STRs that just make me concerned for the property owner while I’m there. This one was just so well kept. I cannot say enough great things. I was sooo happy to be there and didn’t want to leave. Very little noise from upstairs. I’ve rented out many condos before and this is by farrrr the quietest experience I’ve ever had. 100/10. This host and listing needs to be at the top of the list. Thanks Sheila! Will definitely be recommending!!!

I enjoyed having Judy's guests at "Be My Guest". They were very respectful of the rental property rules. They house on their departure looked really good. The communictation with Judy went smoothly. I would welcome Judy's guest back anytime.

This property is a lower level rental in a lovely home in Bella Vista. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Everything in the home is comfortable, clean and very well maintained. My husband and I are scouting the general area to move and eventually retire and have made a decision. The home is close to parks, trails, and the freeway to get to other areas. It is very close to the marina and lake. Sheila responded very quickly to get us a new password to WiFi and she will completely respect your privacy. I must add while this is not a rental for anyone with mobility issues as there is no ramp...you walk on stones and steps I highly recommend staying here while in Bella Vista.

I chose this neighborhood because the property is nestled in a quiet residential community, is very close to activities (golf, swimming, fishing, biking and hiking. The property itself has trees and nature as a backdrop, which gives guest an opportunity to view wildlife.
