Close to the Beach, close to shopping mall, just remodelled


Welcome to Casa de la playa ( the beach place ) this is by far the nicest and most modern condo at Marina Sol Residences and Resort. This condo was completely gutted in the summer of 2019 and everything inside is brand new and top of the line including all high end finishes and the pictures tell the story as well as our 3D virtual tour where you can see all the rooms up close. It's located on the 2nd floor and has a nice view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard as well as a nice view of the neighboring Hotel Bahia's pool area and overlooks the main walk way to the beach so also great view for people watching. There is to many features to list such as purified water to the whole condo , washer & dryer , pull out sofa bed in living room. We can set up the condo with King size beds in each bedroom or set up the bedrooms with 2 twin beds. Condo also features high speed internet and over 2,000 channels to choose from on our big screen TV .

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has plenty of space. Large Kitchen and large living room provided plenty of space for our family to enjoy. An easy two block walk to the beach. Marina is a 5 minute walk. This secure condo with large size pool and great restaurant provides the relaxation needed after walking the beach and the marina. New Walmart is one block away and was a daily visit for us to pickup fresh fruit and food for the meals we did not eat out.

Amazing remodeled unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Marina soul. Other units were definitely not updated like this one. My only suggestion is the toilet seat seats in the second and third bedroom need to be upgraded like the rest of the unit.

Great location in Cabo

The location and place were both really great. Very clean. All the amenities. Modern style. Safe complex. I would look to go rent this place next time I'm heading down there.

Just perfect

This condo is perfect for a family. Super comfortable and so convenient to the marina and downtown. The kitchen is well appointed, beds were comfortable too. The pool area is very well maintained. The only negative was the staircase going up to the condo. If you have any knee problems this is tough. It is uneven and rocky and then you get to a circular staircase which is narrow and steep. With that said we would definitely stay here again. I just thought people should be aware of the stairs as we had no idea.

Difficult for older renters

The condo is really lovely, however, you have to climb steep stairs to get in and out. Also, it’s a corner unit and so you hear all the street noise even people walking home from dinner very late at night there needs to be many more umbrellas by the pool.

Absolutely wonderful stay

We loved the location and the beautiful updates in the condo. The pool was lovely the food was good!! The staff at the pool bar was wonderful and the owner of the bar was a welcoming too. We really enjoyed meeting a lot the the permanent residents, nothing but great things to say!! The proximity to everything was just perfect!! Thank you for everything.

I'll be back

This is the nicest place I've stayed at Marina Sol. It's just been totally remodeled and looks brand new. It's probably an oversight because of the recent remodel but there was no water cooler with the 5 gal. jugs of drinking water that are normally provided.

Great Bachelorette Trip Ever!

The property itself was great! More than enough room for a group of 5. The location was the best part, a quick 5 minute drive to all the bars, walking distance to the beach and a block away from some really yummy restaurants!

Great place, Great location

Excellent stay at Marina Sol. Condo was as described. Only drawback was the internet connection is weak and the tv has a lot of block and freeze. Great place otherwise and would stay there again.

Best decision you will ever make. Located steps to the marina, downtown ! Ivan in front desk was awesome. If you need anything he got you taken care off. Will definitely be back next year and stay here again.

Central location, very nice condo.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit, the management was very easy to get a hold of with any issues. We did have a couple small issues that were handled immediately. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, clubs, anything you could need. Pool area is nice. We would definitely go back.

The Best Decision- Long Review to detailed

The Condo: It was exactly as described. 3 bedrooms [2- on suites], 3 bathrooms [standing showers only] a full kitchen, with a large island with seating for 6, washer and dryer, a livingroom area for 8 or more, indoor outdoor flow with floor to ceiling sliding doors, the patio is equipped with a bartop counter with 6 chairs and a gas grill. The patio has a view of the pool, there's wifi but its spotty when 6 ppl try to log in, also it don't work that well in the 2 mastered. Only the TV in the livingroom had English channels. The unit had everything you need including games, The only thing we supplied was grocery and laundry detergent [some things were in the unit probably from previous guest like seasoning and detergent so check before you shop. The property: is centrally located; a 3 min walk to the heart of medano beach from the back exit [literally everything restaurant, bars, cabanas, jetsking, massages, coffee shops]; and 5-7 minute walk to downtown [mall, restaurants, clubs and the marina] the lobby is beautiful is equipped with a full service spa [got a nail fixed there] a bar, a mini mart. Just outside the lobby is a beautiful large property with lots of grass and trees, there's a jacuzzi, a large heated pool, an outdoor bar/restaurant [the wings are the best] and the game room. The Staff: Julie- the reservation manager arranged private to/from airport transportation for our group of 6, he referred a photographer for our anniversary photos and help with all my pre arrival questions [there was a lot]. Ivan- meet us at car, grabbed all our bags took them to our condo gave us a tour of the property and help with any questions/issues that arised which was none really.. just need help with the wifi and lighting the grill. Elly- front desk rep, was so attentive he gave me her cell and said don't hesitate to call even when she is off. She helped with everything from arranging taxi, ordering groceries and to helping translate. Martin [and the others] at the outdoor bar were the best, so respectful, polite and attentive. Alex- the onsite Chef was keeping us feed, he probably made more chicken wings this passed week then me made all year. My family loves flavored wings and they were to die for. The staff at the from bar, the mini mart and spa were all also so friendly and helpful, sorry I didn't get their names the interaction was minimal but still wonderful. We only encountered 2 issues the week we were there. 1. There was construction going

Condo is modern, clean and spacious. The pool and amenities at the property are top notch. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more really.

Two little complaints. Water pressure in all showers is not good. So that sucked, pool was not fun

Amazing Stay

This pics on the site are spot on! Amazing place in an amazing area. Walking distance to everything. The beach, downtown, and plenty of great restaurants. Clint and the entire staff couldn’t of be more friendly and accommodating the entire stay. Would definitely recommend renting! We will 100% be back.
