Great Spot!

Glad l made the choice. Had everything l was looking for doing my 17 days. Nice neighborhood and 1 block from water. Great walks at night on the water walkways. Found great local restaurant in area Clearwater and Dunedin. I'm big on Italian and Seafood. Neighborhood was great! Nice and relaxing inside and everything you need to entertain. Everything worked. We were able to entertain, watch a movie, cook on grill, great time in jacuzzi, A/C worked great and the enclosed patio the BEST! No bugs and was able to remain outside during rain.Highly recommend. Looking to book again before end of year.

The house was great and the location was good as well. Everything was as it was described on the listing. Our hosts were great as well. I would stay there again. Great experience!

Lovely & comfortable home

We spent over a month in this lovely home. It is conveniently located with easy access to the beaches and many other areas of interest. Walkable to downtown Dunedin and the Pinellas Trail. The home is located at the far end of a quiet dead end street. While we initially had some concerns when we first arrived and saw that there is a fair amount of construction in the area and on the street, surprisingly, it was pretty quiet. The home itself is very comfortable and we felt right at home there. The sunroom and screened lanai are really nice and we found ourselves relaxing there as often as possible and watching the neighborhood bunnies. While we didn't rent the home because of the hot tub, it was very enjoyable. The grill and fire table are also nice features and worked well. The home is well equipped for cooking which we did often. The owners were very responsive to inquiries and yet non-intrusive which we truly appreciate. The wifi is great and worked better than the 4g verizon coverage which oddly only had a bar or 2. One of us works remotely and there were no issues with the numerous video conferences at all. We would definitely rent this home again.

Sunnydale in Sunny Clearwater

The house was ideal and the Host was very responsive. Being new on the vacation rental market, there were only a few minor things we needed. Our request was met with a speedy response and next day delivery of the items. The house was nicely furnished and very comfortable, especially the beds. It was equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We loved the location-close to downtown Clearwater, but far enough out to avoid the noise and traffic in town, and only minutes from historic downtown Dunedin. Beaches, fishing, restaurants, and shopping are all within a short drive or walk. Most of our stay was centered around medical treatments in downtown Clearwater, which was only a 7-10 minute drive-great when you’re not feeling so well. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful, and the house is a short walk (or bike ride) to the wonderful Pinellis Trail. And to put the icing on the cake, you only had to step to the end of the driveway to see the intensity of colors at sunset or walk down the street to Edgewater Drive for gorgeous views of Clearwater Bay. All in all, a great place for a couple or small family. It felt like home!
