Enjoy our beautiful and renovated townhouse perfectly located with simple access to everything. We have put all our hearts into this space for all our guests to feel welcomed and appreciated. The high ceiling and spacious living room feature plenty of natural light, comfortable sofas, a 50' smart TV for all your streaming needs, the grass slider opens to the backyard where you can delight in the Florida weather. The updated kitchen has all you need to cook your base meal and enjoy your morning coffee. There are plenty of places around the corner to eat and shop, one block to the Countryside Mall, and 8 minutes to the Honeymoon Island State Park. This townhouse is accommodated with all essentials to have a relaxed stay for a pleasant stay.

Tampa vacation

The property is in a good location, 10 minutes from our daughter's house. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Lovely trip enjoyed by all

I was traveling with my teenage son and my father. We had several day trips planned and this home was convenient to get to beaches, downtown Dunedin, up for a manatee tour, and to the Tampa area. Something for everyone. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed. Walter was quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Nice property

The place was clean and just right for our needs. The host communicated well and was prompt in answering the few questions I had. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the bed in the master bedroom where my wife and I slept. It was extremely soft. I did not contact the host about this during my stay because I assumed there was no immediate remedy for this. Overall we were very pleased and I would stay again, but would inquire about the mattress.

We are locals

We are locals having a major house remodel done and needed a place to stay that was close to our house. Location was great for us and should be convenient for anyone coming to Clearwater for a visit. Down the street from the mall and plenty of dining/take out options super close One story town house located on a small condo community. Super quiet. Hardly saw any neighbors. Unit was clean and spacious. Having washer and dryer was convenient. We had no maintenance issues

Perfect Location

My family and I booked this property based on the location. It was centrally located to Palm Harbor, Dunedin, and St. Pete where we’re visiting family and friends. The property was exactly as described and was well stocked. The beds were clean, comfortable, and fairly sound proofed to noise from the common area with the doors shut. Communicating with Walter was easy via the VRBO app and he was quick to respond. We will definitely keep this property on our favorites list for the next time we head to Clearwater!

Worth it

This property was wonderful. Communication was wonderful and on a timely manner. I felt safe and secure while on our stay. It was in a great area. The house came with all essentials. Super easy to book and very reasonably priced.

Great time

We had a really nice stay. It was close to everything we needed. Place very clean. The only problem we had is are little kids ( 3 yrs and 1 yrs) had no where to eat because the bar and table was to high for them. Thank you !

Very happy with experience

Very clean , welcoming environment. Could not have asked for anything better . Pictures are accurate. Mr. Walter and his wife were quick to communicate with me. The House is close to various shopping centers 10 /10 experience .

Fantastic getaway in a welcoming home!

This was my first experience in a vrbo booking and it was very positive ! Walter' s home was truly a satisfying stay for us globe trotters.... We found the location easily accessible to the beach in a peaceful and safe surrounding! The home was pleasntly fresh, the kitchen fully equipped, the beds very comfortable ... All perfect for a famiky of 4! We even had access to Walter's beach accessories in his garage!! We loved his generous hospitality and would enjoy spending more time in his lovely home again in the future!

What a nice, clean unit!

The condo is amazingly clean and the beds (the most important part of accommodations) couldn't be any nicer. Everything about the unit was 1st rate. There is only 1 TV but with most people carrying laptops, tablets and TVs, I'm not sure any more than 1 TV is necessary. This was my first VRBO experience and if they're all like this, I may never vacation in a hotel again.
