Free Bikes, free parking, outdoor grill, beach supplies, smart TVs, backyard lounge area, outdoor Jenga, hosts that go above and beyond to make sure you LOVE your stay. These are fully remodeled homes with modern kitchens, however maintain their charm. Walking distance to charming downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf.

The front home features inside washer/dryer, new appliances, full kitchen and desk/highspeed internet. Two queen beds, dining/family room and two full bathrooms.

There is a smaller guest house on premises with a shared backyard area (fully fenced). This listing rents just the front home. Two off street parking spaces available. inquiry for the listing on the whole property if desired.

House and yard is charming. Owner was really responsive and helpful. Location is very nice.
It’s right off the Pinellas Trail. Great walking and sites.

Birthday party weekend

Property was clean and well laid out, we were able to put the baby in the second bedroom which was great for naps. The convenience of walking the Trail to restaurants and shops was great! The kitchen had everything we needed. My only recommendation is to have more hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels to dry.

What a great place to stay. Conveniently located to wonderful beaches and Dunedin is an inviting and wonderful town. The cottage had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to see the sunset over the gulf each night. Denay is a gracious host.

Great place to stay! We loved the location of it being right by the trail. My husband and I took the bikes out one day for a ride. There was a small park right across the road for the kids to play and a bigger one right down the road. We hope to be back soon!!

We loved staying at this little cottage! Literally right off the Pinellas Trail, 10 min walk to downtown, and even a shorter walk to a bench overlooking the bay! Great Location!The house was well appointed. Even snacks and water when we arrived! Plenty of towels! The owner was super responsive and kind! AC worked great!Good Hot water! Great house for 4 or less people. The only negative I can think of is the size of the kitchen. Galley style and hard for more than one person(at least in our family) to be in there at a time. but that’s not even worth half a star, IMO. We loved everything about our stay. If we are ever in Dunedin again, we would definitely stay here!

Everything you need

Is cottage has everything you need, all you need to bring is your toothbrush and toothpaste. A few blocks from the beach and a cute little neighborhood with walking trails and bike trails. Very friendly town with little shops and restaurants.

This was the perfect cozy place to stay. Walking distance to downtown. Quick drive to Clearwater Beach and to Honeymoon island Was great to be right next to the trail for morning walks. The house was clean and perfect for our stay. and host was amazing

Family friendly

Perfectly located for an easy walk into downtown Dunedin. The outdoor yard space is very enjoyable. This home was very clean and well equipped. Will definitely be considering for future visits and recommending to friends.

The cottage was perfect for us! Our daughter and her puppy vacationed with us there. The cottage was clean, well-appointed regarding linens, furnishings, etc. Our host, Denay was very good at communicating important info to us. And the location is perfect...right next to the Pinellas Trail and walking distance to the gulf and the downtown area of Dunedin. Highly recommend this cottage, in fact we will probably rent again in the future! :)

Perfect!

We stayed at this location for my sister’s wedding at the Fenway. Just by walking in you felt at home. Everything was so clean and put together with simple rules to follow before leaving. We took a little walk down the road to see a beautiful sunset and watch some dolphins playing! If that’s not a perfect destination to stay I don’t know what would be!

Great location and hosts!

The cottage is located next to the Pinellas Trail which leads straight to historic downtown Dunedin. We were able to walk everywhere. Power was out the first night of our stay, but our hosts immediately dropped off a portable a/c and worked with the power company to have it restored. The accommodations were perfect and would love to go back!

Cottage by the bay

My stay was wonderful. The cottage was a perfect location for me. Right off Pinellas Trail. Which takes you right into Downtown Dunedin, loads of cute shops, breweries, and so many eateries. And two blocks from the bay, sun sets are beautiful from there. I am looking forward to returning. The cottage itself was perfect . Very welcoming.

The property is very clean and well equipped for cooking. Our questions or concerns were very quickly addressed. It was easy to communicate with the owner. The proximity to the Pinellas Bike Trail and bicycles available for use at the property was a very happy and wonderful surprise. I would not hesitate to return or recommend this property.

A Week In Dunedin

The house was well cared for and conveniently located. We mostly ate out, but had a full kitchen if we wanted to cook. The only thing I thought they could've added was to have some condiments in the frig. We had a wonderful time in Dunedin and surrounding areas of Tampa. Our time at the beaches was wonderful and being able to go into the Toronto Blue Jays stadium to watch the fireworks was an added bonus.
