Spectacular views of the amazingly beautiful Estero bay from every room in the condo. From this condo, you will see boats and water sport activities passing by throughout the day--truly an enjoyable experience!  Sitting on the balcony, you can enjoy the vivid view of the bay waters hitting the shore and fluffy clouds floating above you almost as if you could reach out and touch them.  The resort is frequented by a variety of wildlife including dolphin, manatee, stingray, pelican, pink flamingo, and heron--all visible right from the balcony!  Being on the 4th floor, you can enjoy the relaxing sounds of crashing waves and see fishing along the shores as well as at the small beach on the resort.  The moment that you check-in, you will be greeted by the phenomenal view out the balcony!

The condo’s petite kitchen has been updated with new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven), cabinets, and granite countertop. The bathroom vanity has also been updated with completely new cabinets and a granite countertop as well.  A 4 sleeping arrangement is provided, which includes a very comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom, and a hotel-style queen-size pull out sleeper sofa bed in the living area.  There are 32" and 50" TVs (DirectTV with many channels), WiFi high-speed Internet, and guest parking.  The condo is well-appointed with most everything needed for your stay such as cookware, dishes, linens, coffee maker, blender, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, towels, sheets, beach towels, etc.  In the ground floor storage, there is beach equipment including a cooler, beach chairs, bodyboards, and trolley to pull equipment for a fun beach day!

On-site, you will have a true resort atmosphere, with bayside, incredible lagoon-style heated pool and spa with a cascading waterfall, as well as a restaurant & bar (the award-winning “Flipper’s On The Bay,” the best on Fort Myers Beach, in our opinion, with spectacular views right off the restaurant overlooking the Estero Bay). Other amenities include on-site laundry and gas grills for fun cookouts and more!  While there is a small beach at the resort itself, the Lover's Key State Park is only a short 10-minute walk across the street where you can enjoy miles of pristine, white-sand beach. The state park offers hiking, bicycling, kayaking, fishing, shelling, picnicking, and tours. 

Outside, looking for restaurants, shopping, nightlife, fishing trips, golf courses, kayaking, parasailing, and boat/jet ski rentals will be a breeze as they are all nearby.  You can hop on the Island trolley for 75 cents each way. It stops right by the resort entrance and will take you up the 7 miles of Fort Myers Beach, all the way to popular Time Square (you do not even need a car or Uber)! There, you will find countless restaurants, bars, night clubs, and souvenir shops.

- There will be a very simple 1-page standard vacation property rental agreement to e-sign after booking just to recap the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.

- Check yourself in with the keypad access code which will be provided along with a Welcome guide 12 days before check-in.

- To get you settle in, basic initial starter items are provided — paper towel, trash bag, toilet paper, soap bar, and dishwasher soap, and detergent.

- WiFi passcode will be in the Welcome guide as well as Vrbo guest app.

- Self check-in with keypad, check-in time after 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.

- Storage for beach equipment (2 beach chairs, stroller, wheeled cooler, etc.) is located on the ground floor. Codes for self-access keypad door and to unlock storage (labeled #402) are also in the Welcome guide.

- No smoking in unit or balcony.

- No excessive noise (city ordinance). Keep loud noise on the lanai to a minimum after 10pm.

- Upon reserving a 25% initial deposit is due. Then 30 days prior to arrival the balance is due.

- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, 50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in, no refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
