Estero Beach Tennis Club (EBT) is the perfect place to get away. It is peacefully located at the South end of the island close to Lovers Key and Bonita Beach. It has a beautiful pool and is steps away to an incredible beach front with a paver walkway leading to the beach. Start your morning with a walk on the beach where you can spot dolphin, manatee and stingray along the way. After a day at the beach, be ready for some of the most amazing sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico.
When you rent this newly updated condo, you will have all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Modern updates have been made from the fully renovated bathroom, to fresh paint and custom details throughout. We used the neutral shades of beach life to inspire the color and decor of the condo. The space is inviting and will make you feel right at home.

This is an open concept 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beachfront condo on the Gulf of Mexico. It accommodates up to 4 people. You will have a spacious King size bed (with a memory foam topper) and a pull out (memory foam) sleeper couch. The condo also has a reclining sofa chair that converts into a single sized sleeper as well.
The bathroom features a brand new luxurious walk-in shower. Here you will find all the essentials (bath towels, hair dryer, curling iron) to freshen up after a fun day at the beach or at the pool. The kitchen has an eat in area with a Keurig, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, tumblers, and utensils.

Fort Myers beach was in the direct impact of Hurricane Ian in October of 2022. We were fortunate enough to have withstood the impact from the hurricane. However, many of the businesses on the island are still recovering and rebuilding from the devastation. Fort Myers beach is coming back strong. However, you may want to check availability on any attractions, locations and your any activities you are looking forward to experiencing.

While the island is rebuilding and recovering from Hurricane Ian, there are some things that are the same. Our beachfront property is a secret treasure with access to the beach within minutes with breathtaking views.

You will not have to worry about losing keys with this condo. The front door is equipped with keyless entry. All beach equipment is available for your use including beach chairs, cooler, beach wagon, pool floats, and more! When you are not at the beach, enjoy a game of tennis or pickle ball. Pickle ball paddles & balls are also available for your use! In addition to bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, you will find dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and dish towels to start you off. We added in the small details so you do not have to worry about packing these items.

The condo is on the 5th floor and is located within walking distance of Sanitini Plaza with shops, drug stores and dining options to make your stay comfortable. There is a Farmers Market 1-2 times a week in Santini Plaza. This shopping center makes our condo. a prime location for convenient dining and shopping right across the street. Some of the current shops that are open include Surf Style, Book Nook, Liquor store and Mens & Womens apparel shops. Restaurants such as South Beach, Bad Ass Coffee and breakfast spot are scheduled to begin opening in January 2025.

Free parking is available within Estero Beach & Tennis Club. The front office is available Monday thru Friday for all of your questions! Trash and recycling is collected regularly with a garbage chute on each floor for easy disposal.
