The kitchen has new countertops, new appliances, and brand-new bathrooms.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, and private bath. Second bedroom is large with 1 queen size bed 2 single beds and smart tv. Third bedroom has one queen size bed and is also stocked with an array of toys. There is a pack and play, highchair and baby gate available for little ones.

The main living room is open to the kitchen with various seating including kitchen island bar stools to provide a great gathering area.

The great room is ready to entertain with pool table, full size dining table with chairs for 8 people, and 65inch smart tv. It also has a 70 inch floating electric fireplace that provides heat and ambiance. The room opens up with 16ft wide glass doors bringing the indoor and breathtaking outdoor living experience to the entire family. In the evenings you will find yourself siting with your feet in the sand at the natural gas fire pit overlooking the pool and cabana.

This vacation home is filled with the conveniences of home but the luxuries of a five star resort. Every room has a smart tv equipped with amazon fire sticks. The home is fully stocked with cooking supplies, linens, bathroom essentials, cleaning products, and plenty charging ports for your devices. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach cart, we just ask you treat them and return them as your own.


The pool can be heated upon request for $55 per day plus tax
3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD 55 per day must be paid prior to check-in.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a $79.00 damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
