New to the rental market November 2020. Totally renovated in 2020 this three bedroom three bath ocean front unit is one of the best units located at The King and Prince Beach Resort. This unit has brand new stainless appliances, shiplap throughout and is beautifully decorated. From the living area, master bedroom and one of the guest rooms you have awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is part of the amenity program which means you are allowed to visit the main pool and outside dining area during your stay.

This condo is perfectly located for access to the beach and pool at King and Prince. Perfect for our family vacation! We have stayed at various King & Prince villas over the years and this one was one of my favorites. Check in/checkout was seamless and host communication was great!

beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! Weve stayed there before and loved the new L- shaped sofa. However I do think the cleaning crew does a minimal job and new towels and more towels very much needed. That said, we hope to stay there again next year. It was a great place.

St Simon’s stay

Location was great. The dryer was terrible, took way too long to dry clothes. Kitchen was not well equipped and drawers were very unorganized. Not enough towels and wash clothes. TV did not work in one of the bedrooms.

Christmas Family Trip enjoyed!

We enjoyed this condo with our family. The location was nice and convenient, being closer to the restaurant and parking. The living area is nice for a larger family by having a sectional and lots of seating. The bedrooms were nice by having 2 king rooms and one with two queens. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and the property manager was quick to respond.

Great villa for our wedding weekend

This was the perfect villa for a bride and her bridesmaids for a wedding weekend at the King & Prince. Great coastal furnishings and plenty of space, pretty ocean view and loved the first floor location!

wedding weekend

our niece had her wedding at the king and prince. It was an outstanding resort and our unit was clean and well appointed. We would recommend it to all!

Perfect Trip

This unit was wonderful, and the perfect home away from home for our family while we enjoyed St. Simons. This is our second year staying at K&P, and Benji's property was fantastic. Very comfortable and well appointed. We will book it again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and amenities at the King and Prince. Recently renovated and clean. There were a few slight issues, but we did not contact property manager about them. We would like to come back.

Great stay!

Great condo! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, perfect location. Lots of extra pillows in closets, but no pillow cases for any of them. It would be nice to have pillow cases for those and more than one bath towel per guest when booking for several days. Very convenient to beach and pool. We loved staying here. Will definitely be booking again!

Perfect!

We have a wonderful week in this spacious and beautiful condo! The location is absolutely perfect with the best proximity to the pools and beach. The 3 bedroom layout really allowed us to spread out and be comfortable and the condo is beautifully decorated. Also really great communication with owners who were very sweet and helpful! Hope we get to stay here again!

Spring Break 2023

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Best location for a family to enjoy the amenities of the King & Prince Resort. Beach access makes trips to the sand light & speedy. Having 2 kids it was the perfect destination for a 5 night stay & we are already looking forward to coming back. Benji & Wanda were more than accessible & ensured we had everything we needed.
