New to the rental market November 2020. Totally renovated in 2020 this three bedroom three bath ocean front unit is one of the best units located at The King and Prince Beach Resort. This unit has brand new stainless appliances, shiplap throughout and is beautifully decorated. From the living area, master bedroom and one of the guest rooms you have awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is part of the amenity program which means you are allowed to visit the main pool and outside dining area during your stay.

The condo is very nice, with comfortable furniture. It has views of the ocean and beach which are easily reached, as is the pool.

This condo is perfectly located for access to the beach and pool at King and Prince. Perfect for our family vacation! We have stayed at various King & Prince villas over the years and this one was one of my favorites. Check in/checkout was seamless and host communication was great!

St Simon’s stay

Location was great. The dryer was terrible, took way too long to dry clothes. Kitchen was not well equipped and drawers were very unorganized. Not enough towels and wash clothes. TV did not work in one of the bedrooms.

Love staying here

This is our 3 time staying here, nothing compares to this place and the convenience! I wish we could come back but the price keeping jumping up dramatically, that’s the only negative I would say;)

beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! Weve stayed there before and loved the new L- shaped sofa. However I do think the cleaning crew does a minimal job and new towels and more towels very much needed. That said, we hope to stay there again next year. It was a great place.

Great Location - Average (at best) Accommodations

A lot to say. Cleanliness: Unit was barely cleaned - I would say wiped down on the main surfaces; mold/mildew on bathroom floor, dirty dishes in cabinet. Interior: sofa, chairs, drapes with significant wear and stains, shower doors with large gaps that soak the floor - had to use most of the towels on the floor; not enough bath towels - had to do laundry the entire time to keep floor dry; squeeky bedframe (or mattress?), pillow torn at the seams. Kitchen: not even a single use pod for dishwasher or laundry, half used roll of paper towels, one dish towel, no dish rags (1 used sponge was there but was not using on dishes). Exterior: dirty entrance with torn and worn out mats, threshold of doors had painters tape??? Had to text host for info on parking access, resort access, where to put trash. Basically it was adequate but not what I expected for the money or at this resort.

Christmas Family Trip enjoyed!

We enjoyed this condo with our family. The location was nice and convenient, being closer to the restaurant and parking. The living area is nice for a larger family by having a sectional and lots of seating. The bedrooms were nice by having 2 king rooms and one with two queens. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and the property manager was quick to respond.

Great location

We enjoyed staying in this property for the location. With a young child and a baby, we liked being on the first floor with immediate access to the outside and large grass area for our toddler to run around. We could walk through the grass to the pool access and beach access, or you can also walk out the front door along the sidewalk to access both the pool and beach. The location of the unit is the closest building to the hotel, so we loved not having to walk too far. The porch had great outdoor chairs, we enjoyed sitting on for morning coffee and afternoon and evening snacks. The unit has been updated and was very clean in most areas. Unfortunately, it looks like the unit has had some damage that needs more repair. There were water marks on the ceiling of the primary bedroom, some looked to be pretty old and others looked like a bad patch job. There was also some damage in the guest bathroom on the wall that also was barely patched. We also experienced a water leak in the ceiling during our stay, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that because it was during Hurricane Helene. The King and Prince resort and amenities are top notch and great for a family vacation! The kids had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and amenities at the King and Prince. Recently renovated and clean. There were a few slight issues, but we did not contact property manager about them. We would like to come back.

Great condo

Our annual family vacation was great. The condo was exactly what we needed for our family. The bedroom with the two queen beds had its own ac unit so the kids could adjust to their liking. The bathroom in one of the master bedrooms was a little tight but nothing that would hinder our stay. The living room furniture was very comfortable as well as the dining room chairs. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony throughout the day as we had a fairly good view of the beach and the breeze was awesome. The whole condo was very tastefully decorated. We have already reserved a week next year!

Disappointed

Poor lighting, dim in wrong places and harsh in odd spaces- depressing, dingy brown towels, sparsely stocked kitchen, tiny master bathroom with closet door intruding into bathroom space, door to shower & toilet is awkward, swings so close to toilet that you might as well not close it. Several loose tiles in floor of master bathroom. Mold in shower. Impossible to turn shower on without getting wet. Inadequate hot water supply. We had 5 adults staying there, and there were only 2 keys to the unit which could not be left unlocked. No extra blankets and coverlet is very thin. Extra pillows were old, stained, lumpy. Beach access very awkward. However, upon request they did bring us some cleaner looking towels and 2 new pillows.

Great villa for our wedding weekend

This was the perfect villa for a bride and her bridesmaids for a wedding weekend at the King & Prince. Great coastal furnishings and plenty of space, pretty ocean view and loved the first floor location!

SSI vacation 2023

This was our second year staying in the villa and are planning on returning again next year. Although there were minor issues (that we didn’t report) we absolutely love this unit as it fits our needs perfectly. The minor issues where there were about half the bulbs blown in the master bathroom, there were gnats or tiny bugs every so often in the den area and although there were extra pillows there were no pillow cases or blankets to be found. The Villa is a lovely unit and being on the first floor allows easy access to parking lot and beach and pool!!
