This rental has everything you could possibly need and more. It is well stocked in kitchen and baths and includes TV's, games, and other creature comforts. With separate A/C on each floor, everyone is comfortable. The biggest selling point is the view and walk to the ocean. All day you can sit in your choice of window or deck for a different view of the Atlantic Ocean and all the beachgoers. Early morning and night the puppies come out with their owners to frolic. You can be up with the sun and stake your spot on the sand, but we never needed to, there was never a crowd, despite large crowds in other areas. You can walk the beach until the sun goes down and then step right into the shower at night. But you can also go out in the dark and watch baby sea turtles make their way to the ocean. Don't be alarmed if you see red lights bouncing on the beach at night. Those are the folks making sure the little guys get to where they are going and they are happy to share the experience with you. If you decide to skip the beach one day, you can walk out the front door and literally walk to several restaurants, an historic lighthouse, and little shops near the pier. This was a perfect beach stay for my family of four, but we could have easily brought our extended family as this place was so large and the multiple floors give everyone space and privacy.
