Beach feeling from the first day

Our Seaside Villa The Sanibel not only impresses with its south-facing orientation, but also with its bright and friendly interior design. From the first day of your vacation, you will never forget the beach feeling. In the living area there is a TV incl. Sonos sound system where you can also stream music directly from your cell phone. There is also a TV and Sonos speakers in the outdoor area, which you can operate in sync with the indoor area or individually.

Enjoy the sun all day long in the pool area. Relax on the sun loungers or cool off in the pool or spa, which are checked weekly by a pool service. And if the sun doesn't show itself, both can be heated (heating included).

Seaside Villa The Sanibel is also ideal for boaters. You can reach the open river from the boat deck in just a few minutes. If you are interested in hiring a boat, please contact us.

Enjoy your dinner with friends and family with a view of the canal, which you can prepare in the outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue. The kitchen in the house is equipped with all the important utensils such as cutlery, crockery, coffee machine and a fridge with ice and water dispenser.

The master bedroom with kingsizebed and direct access to the pool and the master bathroom has a TV. The master bathroom has two sinks, a large walk-in shower and a bathtub.

Two additional guest bedrooms provide ample space for family and friends. One of the guest rooms has a queen-size bed and the other has a king-size bed. There is a TV in both guest rooms. The additional guest bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.

The pool area also has an outdoor shower and a separate WC with washbasin.

Seaside Villa The Sanibel leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, only the garage is not available.

Awesome place!

This place is great! Beautiful neighborhood! The pictures do not do it justice! We really enjoyed it! The management company was awesome to work with! We tried to Reserve it for the next year but it was already gone!

Feels like home

We spent a great week at this property in Cape Coral. It immediately felt like being home and made you not want to leave anymore. The location is great; the property has everything you need to relax, spend your days at the pool area. Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone and go back there anytime.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool and spa area. The 1/2 bath off the patio was great. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The master bathroom was spacious. Great communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay here again!!

We were here a month. Couldn’t have picked better. It was well stocked for your needs. Kitchen was fabulous and as I am a big time person that loves to cook this was very important. Can’t wait to go again!

Beautiful home and had everything we needed. Fantastic communication from the beginning. Had issue with stovetop error and unable to access breaker box but sent a text and the issue was fixed in no time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful home and extended stay

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 weeks at this lovely home! I enjoy cooking and was very happy with how well put together the kitchen is. We especially appreciated the south-facing pool and large lanai area. Florian, the property manager, was always very responsive and always made sure any questions or needs were immediately taken care of. We would suggest any property he manages as he is so very attentive and willing to make your stay the best it can be! Some of our kids and 22 month old grandson came for a visit and all enjoyed the home, walk to the park, Cape Harbour and all the area offered. The pack n play was complete with sheets and comfy mattress pad and appreciated how clean it was and was safe for our grandson. We are picky when it comes to cleanliness and organization. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone considering a stay in Cape Coral!

Beautiful home

The house was clean with a great floor plan. The kitchen was well appointed, comfortable sleeping arrangements and we had everything we needed for a great relaxing stay. Our only issue was the hot tub and pool heater did not work during our stay. The management company was very quick to respond once we notified them and sent someone out several times but because a part had to be ordered it was not fixed in time. We were able to come to an amicable agreement and were satisfied with the outcome. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, loved the Cape Coral area. If you are looking for a place to have a great home base to hang out and relax, this is it. We can’t say enough about the lanai (especially once heater works properly). We would love to stay there again!

Gorgeous house and great location.

Great communication with Thomas (property manager) nice quiet neighborhood, the pool area was large, newer grill/bar with an outdoor fridge, we had to learn to use all the newer appliances, but figured it out. I’m old school, but did it. Had everything we need and then some for cooking and eating. Rooms we also nice, the entire house has beautiful decorations. Some day we would love to come back

Location, Location, Location

The house was all we hoped for. Great location! Close to the Cape Coral Harbour. The house was very well appointed! Very tasteful and very well stocked! Everything you need for a couple of days was provided. The bed (master bedroom) was very comfortable. The master bathroom was very spacious and they provided plenty of towels. The property manager was very helpful and provided excellent information about the area. Over all, great experience! We will be back!

Great House, Pool and Spa

This is a beautiful house, very comfortable for a group of 6 adults. The pool and spa are wonderful. The property manager will meet with you the morning after you arrive to go over how to use the jets on the spa and any other questions you have about the house. There is a great screened in patio by the pool which we played cards at the outdoor patio table in the evenings. There is also a 1/2 bathroom off the patio which is great when you are out at the pool area. The kitchen is large and well stocked with kitchen items. The fridge didn't seem to be cooling as well as it should have but it was okay. There is plenty of seating inside for meals and relaxing. There is a small office area off the kitchen if you need to do work while on vacation. The bedrooms were sufficient. The master is large with a huge bathroom and walk in closets. However the King bed in the master has a water filled mattress which was unusual and unexpected. The other two bedrooms claimed to have Queen and King size beds, but they felt smaller. They were either both Queen size or one was Queen and the other full. The outlets were difficult to access in one of the bedrooms as they were all hidden behind large furniture and some were connected to the light switch in the room so a bit inconvenient but manageable. We spent the majority of our time outdoors and it's a lovely property by the pool and patio. The house is walking distance to an area with several restaurants and shops and a marina which was nice. Publix is also down the road for easy grocery shopping. There is a not a beach very close by but we did drive to Ft Myers beach one day and it works for a day trip, although traffic at that beach can be pretty busy.
