It's close to everything: transport, restaurants and bars, stores... it's one of the liveliest and most cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Paris!
The apartment is absolutely quiet and cool and bright in summer.
Sleeping up to 4 people, it's ideal for a family or a group of friends.

Sleeping 4 people, this bright apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and will make you feel at home. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and is composed of a bedroom with 1 double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed.

You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.

Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings, namely the Gare Montparnasse which is 4 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is ideally located near several historical sites such as the tombs of Sarte, Man Ray, not far from the Atlantic Garden and near the Catacombs of Paris.

You will find several sites of interest close to the apartment such as: the Cimetière du Montparnasse 9 min walk, the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain 15 min, the Jardin du Luxembourg 16 min, the Musée de la Libération de Paris 14 min,

The Pantheon is 18 min by bus, the Sainte-Chapelle 15 min by metro, the Place de la Concorde 18 min by metro, the Parc Montsouris 21 min by bus or metro and many more.

## Emplacement
The 14th arrondissement is a large area that is largely residential, yet includes some of the most famous attractions in Paris. The 14th is home to the Tower, the train station and the Montparnasse cemetery. It is also home to the Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, and the rue Daguerre, with its cafés and small stores that will remind you of the rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and the Montsouris park.
