The space gets natural sunlight throughout the day and the balcony has seating to watch the Sunsets every day!

The furniture in the dining and living rooms has been updated along with a 60" entertainment Smart TV in the living room. An electric fireplace is mounted under the TV to create ambiance during the occasional stormy day or warm up the evening during winter months. The fireplace can be set to either heat or ambient flames and of course, you're always invited to use the owners' private pool area for more secluded relaxation.
