Property was excellent but...

The property was excellent overall. We would definitely stay there again. We did have an issue in which we left a couple of items behind in the bathroom and we're not given the best customer service when trying to reclaim the items. The initial contact with office staff was not good but was resolved very professionally by the manager of the property management company.

Great little place

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The condo was a bit dusty upon arrival, but overall neat & tidy. Beds slept great & plenty of space for all to enjoy! We were able to check in early and that was wonderful!

Sea Place was nice

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Place condo, loved the scenery and quick walk to the beach. The living room couch was much to be desired, cushions are falling in, and could use a little personalization like not 1 ply toilet paper and paper towels especially since the rental company only gives 1 roll per bathroom and in kitchen. Overall was a fun stay, and precise listing. Thank you

End of Summer Stay

We have stayed the last week of summer at Sea Place for the past 5 years. This condo was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable.

July 4th Week

Everything was good except for the bed in the guest room. My boys said the beds were not comfortable at all. That is so important after a day in the sun and at the beach.

Saved the trip

After a mistake with another property this place save the day on such a short notice. This place had everything that was needed to enjoy our stay and the beach. Only item not there was muffin pan. Thanks

Great Condo for Families

This condo was great for families. There were board games, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas that made the trip more enjoyable. It was clean and nicely decorated with enough room for our family of 6. It was a short walk to the beach since it is located very close to the boardwalk.

Great location and beautiful view!

This property is a perfect place for a vacation in St. Augustine. We have stayed in Sea Place many times and this unit is as nice as all the others but has the best view. The bathrooms could use some updating but everything else is very nice. The view of the ocean is gorgeous 😍

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accès direct à la plage, la proximité des commerces essentiels, la cuisine qui est très bien équipée, les téléviseurs et le service Internet. Nous avons moins apprécié le divan du salon qui penche vers l’avant et la mollesse du matelas du très grand lit. Il faudra voir à réparer le ventilateur de la toilette près de la cuisine, serrer le bol de toilette au plancher de la salle de bain secondaire à l’étage et penser à remplacer les moustiquaires de la porte patio du salon qui ne fonctionnent pas bien.

Pristine clean

I love how this owner takes great pride in their unit. Everything is very organized and clean. Furniture and accessories are very well appointed and fits that "coastal/beach vibe". Only complaint is my 84 year old mom fell due to lack of hand rails on the last set of stairs at the bottom of the landing.

Super clean and really cute

What a wonderful condo! The decor was very nice and the property was super clean and well organized. Perfect access to the beach and a very quiet community other than the roofing that was being repaired. If you are looking for a place to walk to restaurants and stores, this is not it. If you want a quiet well kept community with great beach access, this is it. Kitchen is a nice size and in unit laundry was great. Pool tempature was perfect for our June visit.
