Our 2 bedroom cottage is cozy and beautifully decorated and updated. We have a new Hammock chair and all new outdoor furniture and Fire table .

This Home was perfect for us! The backyard is a huge selling point!! We loved it as did our dogs! A quaint place located close to the beautiful beach, and also in a family-friendly neighborhood. Everything was just as stated and we were very pleased ! Thanks Steven for a great place to stay and relax! We want to become regulars; it was that perfect for us!!

Shore Vacation

This is a perfect house to stay at for a Shore vacation, especially if you are bringing a pet. The backyard is a great place to hang out and the beach is only across the street. Steve was excellent at communication. We will definitely be back.

Bangin' beach property in the WWC

My wife, parents and baby stayed for a long weekend. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the shed in the yard has a beach carts, chairs, and toys for the kiddies. The house was clean on arrival. The back yard is massive and is filled with comfortable outdoor furniture. The grill is newer and nicer than what you're used to fighting with at rentals. There's also a propane fire pit which we sat around for dinner on most nights! Steve is a great host. Lots of communication throughout the process and great attention to detail.

July 4th week stay

We had a great week at this property during the Fourth of July week. The place was very clean when we checked in and had everything as advertised. Steve was incredibly communicative and accessible if we ever had questions and made recommendations on places to dine. The big backyard was fantastic for sitting outside and letting our dog run around and the short walk to the beach was very convenient. Highly recommend for a nice week down the shore!

Beach bungalow

Nothing big or new. Just perfect. You probably won't find a house like this again. The backyard and outdoor shower made me super happy. The location is spot on. I came home feeling emotional with joy.

Vacation 21

The house was small yet big enough to separate everybody. Especially the back yard area to hang out and grill. It was nice and quiet neighbourhood with a very short walk to the beach. Owner was great and answered all my questions promptly.

Great beach place!

Great little house, close to a beautiful, huge beach protected by lovely dunes. On quiet mornings you can hear the waves crashing and the birds singing from the yard. Still only about 10-15 blocks to the busy boardwalk and other areas if you like that. We are quiet and enjoy the peacefulness. I took a pleasant bike ride down to the boardwalk to check it out, fabulous bike paths too! In the other direction 10 blocks or so is a small nature reserve with mini-trails and scenic spots (not for the dogs, has tick signage). Steven was great with response time and follow up. The private and secure yard was perfect for the dogs and I to chill in the sunshine, listening to the birds & the waves with my coffee. Very cute house in a perfect location. We will definitely rent again! Thank you!
