10 STAR REVIEWED ! This beautiful and freshly updated three-bedroom condominium is located within walking distance to the coveted white sands of Blue Mountain Beach. This unit boasts a large open floorplan with a big kitchen island and a private balcony located directly off the living room. The balcony is quiet and shaded allowing for comfortable dinners at the outdoor dining table. This unit also has a private covered Lanai PORCH area for secure outdoor storage of beach toys and chairs. It is located in the sought-after building M2 - overlooking the community's large pool and green space equipped with community gas grills. Redfish Village has private beach access with private restroom facilities within walking distance or a complimentary shuttle ride of the community. Redfish Village is also the home to Redfish Taco Restaurant, Santa Rosa Pharmacy, a nail salon and yoga studio all on property. We are also across the street from Blue Mountain Creamery! HEATED POOL! The private beach offers a chair rental service as well.

We loved our stay! The unit was better in person than the pictures. The unit location and parking are great. Jerry was so prompt with any questions and gave great instructions and area information. Oh the lanai! The complex and property grounds were so clean and well maintained. This was our second stay at Redfish Village this year. The private beach entrance and transport service was so helpful. Shout out to Gary and Dave, both went above and beyond and definitely made our vacation more enjoyable. We utilized the Baby equipment service and it was so easy and convenient. Good quality baby crib was delivered before our checkin and picked up after we checked out. We will book Jerry’s home again in the future!

Beautiful spacious condo with lots of seating. We loved our week in Red Fish Village. The community was very clean and well maintained. We used the outdoor grills more than once. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to eat and play by the pool. We definitely want to come back!

Great Blue Mountain Rental

This condo was awesome for our family. It was spacious and clean, good communication from owners, and super close to the beach access. Redfish has an amazing pool as well. We hope to stay here in the future!

This was such a great location for our family to enjoy 30a! Th condo itself is big, with all the amenities you need! We would walk the block to the beach everyday, and enjoy the set up we arranged through Redfish/Sanders. We hit up the Blue Mountain Creamery everyday, and are at Redfish Taco twice… sooo good! We cooked. Few nights we were there as well, and loved that the condo had everything we needed for grilling. We will definitely book this location again… it was perfect!!!

Best Family BEACH TRIP!

Great location! We enjoyed walking to Red Fish Taco, Blue Mountain Creamery, and of course the beach! Also loved the pool, playground and grilling areas!

Wonderful!

This was our first time to this area and it exceeded our expectations! Jerry’s place is clean and very functional. We comfortably stayed there with our three kids and had plenty of space. I absolutely recommend staying here and we hope to make it back again someday!

Attractive, comfortable and convenient

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived. The host was very responsive to questions when we arrived. The location was very convenient and a very short walk to the beach or convenient shuttle as well. Will definitely try and stay here again!

Close to the beach

We have stayed at Red Fish Village many times and this unit is very nice. Worked out great for 4 adults and 2 small children. They had all the essentials, stuff for the beach, toys, etc. We will hopefully stay here again next fall.

Great last minute vacation

The condo was clean and just as described. We decided to go at the last minute. Jerry was wonderful to work with. The condo is loaded with everything you would need and has a lot of beach equipment.

Great place!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Having 3 full bathrooms was so helpful. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen met all of our needs. The patio was delightful to relax and dine at and the lights were a super fun bonus! The lanai was a game changer for beach stuff!! The complex itself at Redfish Village was so nicely kept, the pool was big and clean. Our kids loved the playground and nature walk space. We also loved walking to the ice cream shop and other restaurants. The beach shuttle was super helpful!! Can't wait to stay again!!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Tipsy Turtle. It was one of the most relaxing vacations yet. We had everything we needed at the condo. Beds are so comfortable. A/C was perfect! Kitchen fully equipped. The owner was so helpful with any questions, checkin/checkout. We want to return next year.

Wonderful week at the beach

The condo was beautiful and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed for our family. The beach chairs that were provided were great for the beach. Also, we loved that the beach wasn’t so crowded. There weren’t rows of chairs like other parts of 30A. We enjoyed the restaurants that Jerry suggested to us, and the kids loved walking across the street to Blue Mountain Creamery. We hope to be back again soon.

Peaceful community

This was our second trip to 30a and I must say we were extremely satisfied with the Tipsy Turtle and the Redfish Community. This area was very peaceful and relaxing and the condo was exceptionally nice and very well kept. Jerry was very accommodating and very prompt with his responses if you had any questions or concerns. He provided some good recommendations for places to eat and activities around the area. We will definitely revisit the Tipsy Turtle next time we are in Santa Rosa.

Excellent family option

Our family of four had a great time at the Tipsy Turtle. The unit was very clean and stocked with every kitchen item needed to prepare meals in the unit. Kids loved the pool, green space, and outdoor games available within the community. The unit was quiet and a the patio was a great spot to relax after a day at the beach or pool. Jerry was very responsive and an accommodating host. Excellent experience all around. Will look to return to the Tipsy Turtle in the future.

Family friendly condo w/ great location

We loved staying at this property. It is in a super convenient location! We loved being close to the creamery and cowgirl kitchen. The beach is a short walk away. Super family-friendly; the pools are great for kids, too. This condo in particular is nice because it has a lanai. The owner was very responsive, thoughtful, and kind. We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here and we hope to return soon!
