Welcome to our stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome in Seacrest beach, Blue Tide is perched directly on a private stretch of sugar-white sand, and this spacious retreat offers two expansive balconies with unobstructed views of the emerald Gulf—perfect for soaking in spectacular sunsets and salty breezes.

Step outside and you're on the beach—no crowds, no hassle, just pure relaxation and endless water adventures. Prefer a dip in the pool? It's just steps from your front door. Inside, you'll find generous living spaces designed for comfort, whether you're lounging, dining, or settling in for a restful night's sleep.

To make your beach days even more effortless, we've partnered with a local beach chair service. Each morning, two chairs, a table, and an umbrella will be set up for you right by the water—and taken down each evening. Need more seating? You're welcome to bring additional chairs from our storage closet or request extra rentals directly from the service. They also offer kayak and paddleboard rentals, and can even arrange a magical sunset bonfire upon request.

Beyond the beach, explore the scenic 30A biking and walking trail that connects you to charming coastal towns like Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside. We provide two adult bicycles for your use, and we’re happy to help you rent more so you can enjoy the area at your own pace.

Blue Tide 8B was absolutely breathtaking! Great amenities, comfy furniture with plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy your coffee looking out at the ocean. Both balconies had nice high quality chairs and tables. Such easy access to the stairs leading down to the beach. Plus the two bikes made it perfect to cruise around town. We will definitely be back!

Lovely vacation! Home was very clean, had convenient access to the beach, and was stocked full of all the “extras” like shampoo, conditioner, kitchen seasonings, etc. which made it very convenient when we forgot to pack something! Will be back!

Beautiful and quiet condo. Well appointed with unbeatable views. We looked at a lot of options and the decision was difficult but we were extremely happy with our choice once we arrived. The beach chair service was amazing. We just rolled down to the beach everyday and Batten (he’s great!) had our chairs and umbrellas ready to go. There were insulated beach cups and a small cooler to take down to the beach as well. The location right on the beach and within a short walking distance from beach to condo was a big selling point. The kids could run back and forth to get floaties and snacks and we could see them the whole time. We brought our own floaties but the condo has a closet full of them. I wouldn’t bother bringing your own. There’s a bike pump by the washing machine, so don’t make the same mistake that I did - use the pump! I didn’t notice it until after I almost passed out from blowing up my daughter’s huge floating flamingo. The location was very safe. We let our 14 year old daughter walk on the beach with a new friend after dusk and we could see them for most of it from the balcony and also felt she was safe.The beds were great in all three rooms- I believe they were Tempur pedic which is what we have at home. We all slept well because of the beds, but also, the place is quiet. We never heard our neighbors. Also, my daughter slept on the third floor and she did not get hot- lots of good airflow.Angie was very responsive whenever I had a question! We will be back.

Birthday getaway

It was our first time as a family going to 30A and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Angie and Chuck were very responsive prior to and during our stay. Check in and out were very easy. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in each bath, plenty of towels as well. Kitchen is very well stocked. All the extras definitely helped simplify packing. We will absolutely being staying again!

Great Vacation

This townhouse was a wonderful place to stay on 30A. We used the beach chairs every day and enjoyed the ocean views. We would love to come back next year.

Exceptional

Our stay at this beach condo was exceptional! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and they provided a lot of amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels. The condo's location right on the beach allowed for easy access to the sand and surf. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would love to visit again soon!

Already Rebooked

We’ve already reached out to the wonderful property owners about rebooking the beautiful 8B unit and look forward to our stay next year as we begin a new anniversary tradition staying at Blue Tide. We had such a great experience that we instantly knew we were going to return in 2026. That’s as good of a compliment as I can give.

Relaxation Station

We had a wonderful family vacation at Blue Tide. The condo was very well appointed which was a nice perk for us since we spent the majority of our time on the beach and enjoying meals at home. The beach chair service made our treks down so much easier, especially since we had a toddler in tow. I will say, if you are traveling with a toddler you will want to have some baby gates with you for the stairs at the condo. We used one of the rental services for the gates and a crib and it was seamless. We can't wait to come back!

This is where you want to stay!

This was our first visit to the area and we could not have chosen a better place to stay AND at a great location! The owners have thought of all the big and small touches that make their home inviting. The views of the gulf and the private beach were outstanding! Parking is super convenient as well as the ease of getting in and out of the parking area. The bikes are a super nice addition. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Wonderful stay at Blue Tide!

Our family of 7, ages 6 to 75, had an amazing stay at Blue Tide! The townhome was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed - and those beach views were wonderful! The private beach is definitely a perk. Thank you for a great stay!

Just Spectacular - 5 Stars

We have been fortunate to stay in some great places up and down the panhandle. Simply put - this is our favorite place to date. The condo is absolutely spectacular. It is roomy and has everything you need - and more. The beach service is convenient - and Frankie and his team are the best. The sound of the waves crashing over and over from the deck is amazing - and the views are truly breathtaking. Angie is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She made her home our home for the week - and her hospitality - much like her place - is spectacular. We will be back. Thanks again Angie. Fred.

Great Get-Away

The property owners have this property set up for a seamless stay. The location is wonderful and right on the beach which is the only way we will stay at the beach. We absolutely loved the private beach and especially the beach service that was provided. This is perfect for those that prefer a little shade. We like to take our own chairs to sit near the water but if you happen to forget yours they provide those too for you to use. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Angie and Chuck for the perfect getaway.

Incredible location

Beautiful beaches just steps out your door. House is comfortable and just as advertised and shown in the pictures. Close drive or bike ride to nearby towns. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. All in all an excellent, relaxing place to enjoy the beach!!

Just Telling It Like It Was

The place is beautiful! The owners are wonderful about getting back to you quickly. However, the beds are terrible! They are hard. They are lumpy! The attic has been turned into a bedroom, but there is no air conditioning, no vents, no windows! It was brutal, trying to sleep up there with nothing but a fan to push the hot air around! We had to keep the air conditioning turned down as low as it would go all day and all night in order to try to push some of the cooler air up into the attic bedroom. We froze downstairs in the living room and kitchen, dining area and had to wear jackets. And we went in May. I can’t imagine how it would be in July and August! Also, you should know there is no lifeguard anywhere on that beach.

Just stay here...you won't regret it

This is my families second year at Blue Tide. We had a wonderful time as usual. Checkin is seamless due to excellent communication from Angie. Plenty of room for my family of 7. House comes with basics like TP, paper towels, and most dry kitchen items like salt, pepper, etc. Perfect location on the beach with 2 chairs and umbrella already set up and waiting on you in the morning. Kayak/paddle board also available to rent from same company located on the beach. Master bedroom overlooks ocean. Plenty of extra beach chairs and some toys in the porch closet. Parking can get tight if you have 2 cars and the other units are rented. Only one assigned space per unit although we were able to find a space usually. We loved it and hope to come back next year.
