Luxury Villa steps from the beach

Villa Criosette is a newly built villa, with a unique and modern style, completed in November 2020, with an excellent location, just a few steps from the beach, located in Playa Langosta.
This villa has 5 bedrooms with a king size bed 1 bedroom with a doble bed with their private bathrooms,
Four of the bedrooms are overlooking the large and beautiful pool.
And other 2 bedrooms w/ king beds, not with pool view , but with their private bathrooms.These two bedrooms are separate and downstairs , are bedroom #5 and # 6 .
In total there are 6 bedrooms with 5 king size beds and one doble bed and 6 bathrooms.
At the pool there is a bar that goes into the water, where the BBQ is located.
Outside the rooms there are two outside beds and chairs ideal for the relaxing area.
Villa Croisette is a totally safe villa.
The Ville is secured with alarm and electric fence.
Ideal place to relax and enjoy your vacation.
This is a private home that needs to be respected so those travelers wishing have a party inside the house please seek accommodations elsewhere.

Like a dream

Absolutely loved this location and the cozy feel of the residence. The pool was a heavenly centerpiece and constant fun, especially in the rain! Great beds, plenty of seating and eating space.

Beautiful property. Family friendly. Pool is amazing. The kids kept saying how much they loved it. Beds are so comfy. Host was very helpful. We had 11 in our group aged 8 - 65. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Property

Loved this house. It fit our family of married, adult children and their spouses. Loved the location as it was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the action of Tamarindo.

Great house!

This was the perfect house for a group of 11. We had three families and it worked out great. I highly recommend this place for friends and family gatherings.

excellent location and size for our group

three generations stayed for a week. Maria met us when we arrived. Nice 6 bedrooms for all involved and the monkeys behind house were enjoyed by the young girls. Maria also coordinated an excellent chef.

Wonderful and Memorable

The place was perfect for a family. We absolutely loved this place, especially the bar in the pool which made it special for us. The house was clean and well equiped. A microwave would have been welcomed. Beds were comfortable a as was the patio furniture. Maria, our concierge was fantastic, always available and most helpful and gave us great advice, before our arrival and after. The cleaning lady was there three times during our one week stay, which was great. We rented a golf cart to go around the city and the beach. We highly recommend doing this. The family adored Costa Rica, the food, beach and the people are so nice. We always felt safe during our stay. We highly recommend this house to anyone seeking R & R in Costa Rica!

Outdoor villa

The place was overall nice and spacious, beautiful outdoor area and we loved the six bedrooms with private bathrooms! However, the inside areas were not as clean as one would expect for this type of property, even though we hired cleaning service for the entire stay.

3 Family Vacation

We were three families each with three kids ranging between ages of 3 to 10, his house is fantastic. Each family had two rooms and a separate all the sharing common areas are based around the outside and pool, which is great having us all outside day and night instead of being, confined to a kitchen living room area overall houses great for entertaining and keeping families busy! The host was amazing, followed up on us daily, we also had Maid service every other day, which was amazing.

Leadership Retreat

This house fit all of our needs. We were six adults who all had our own room and bathroom. Patty was amazing (the chef) and Maria was incredibly communicative with any issues we had. There were some small hiccups, but everything was fixed in a timely fashion with great communication. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there, but the house allowed us to work indoors comfortably. It was a great experience!

Beautiful pool, great location

We loved the property. The pool was a highlight - really big pool for a private villa. Generous shallow area to sit in water or would be great for little ones plus a decent swim area. Lots of comfortable spots to sit/lounge around.. Quiet location with a few really great restaurants to walk to. Can walk to beach for sunset. Langosta beach club close by for good beginner surf lessons . For more action Tamarindo a quick golf cart ride away. Maria the host was easy to reach and responsive. Would recommend.

Great house, phenomenal pool, attentive host

The house was by far the best part of our stay in Tamarindo. The host was super responsive and helped us with golf cart bookings, airport transfers, activity suggestions, and even found us a swim instructor for our kids. There was also housekeeping every other day which was lovely. The beds and linens were great too. Only suggestion would be to include more items in the kitchen. There wasnt enough cutlery and the glasses were sort of oddly shaped. Plastic ware for outdoor dining would be great.

Fun times!

The property is awesome. Lots of space for everyone to swim, lounge and cook. Very clean and well maintained. One downside was the tile around the pool was very slippery when even slightly damp and we experienced a couple of slips and falls. Could use rubber matting around the pool or a paint on non slip product. Problem in a couple of bedrooms with ants but didn’t hamper the great fun time we had. Weather was amazing and this property allowed for lots of sun spots and shaded areas.

Great Location

Loves this property. New, modern, clean and well kept. The pool is the star of the property. It’s large, clean and we spent so much time in there between all of our activities. Having your own private pool is the best luxury. Maria checked us in and was so helpful. She helped us book excursions, get drivers, rent golf carts. She was very great to work with. The location is perfect, just off the main stage but close enough to walk or use our golf carts to get anywhere we needed to go. Compared to all of the other places we saw, we were extremely pleased with this rental. Housekeeping every other day, all the amenities. We can’t say enough good things about it!!

We had a blast!

We really loved everything about this place. Located close to higher end properties and restaurants as well as everything else in town. Golf cart delivery went smoothly. Spacious. Wonderful pool to cool off in. Everything was excellent… Here are a couple of things that stopped me from all 5 stars. The biggest thing was the new construction all day right next door…I mean just on the other side of the pool wall. The property manager never gave us any notice this would happen in advance. I understand it needs to be rented out but it seemed like a big omission. Knob in master bath shower broken. Sink in master easily backs up with little water use and scum comes out. Needs a pest resistant garbage can outside since critters rip open bags and spread garbage around. During entire stay the pool was never cleaned but someone just threw in several large chlorine tablets.

Great house for extended family

Four bedrooms off the pool was great for the kids. Two other bedrooms are in the lower level of the house , just right for older cranky grandparents. Most restaurants and tour facilities are a short walk away. There is a small grocery store a couple of blocks away with all the necessities. My only major concerns was the condition of the road to the house ( very difficult to drive on ) and the A/C could not maintain a cool temperature in the living room-kitchen area. An inside dining area would have been nice also. I'm not saying these things to criticize the house or the neighborhood. I am only letting you know some of the things to consider for your stay. We all had a great time and would probably stay here again if in the area. A special thanks to Maria for keeping in constant contact with us.

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo

This was a wonderful house for our family. The house itself is fantastic — each bedroom is spacious and the common areas are beautiful. We appreciated the full kitchen supplies — pots, pans, Tupperware, utensils — that made cooking there easy. The pool is well situated for sunbathing and getting in, and we enjoyed watching birds enjoy it too. The Wi-Fi was easy and great. Cleaning staff came multiple times during our stay and they were friendly and did the towels, etc. We used the washing machine as well, which was nice to have (there was detergent there too). The best was Maria, the property manager, who signed us up for excursions, drivers, and helped us get a golf cart rental. The location was great for us. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Langosta Beach, less by golf cart. There are a couple of restaurants in Langosta. It’s about a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beginning of the Tamarindo commercial strip, where there is a small but adequate grocery, restaurants, etc. it’s about a 10 minute walk from there to the Tamarindo Beach.

great spot for a big family gathering

Villa Croisette is a resort type home with plenty of lounging space and comfortable rooms. The whole thing is like an outdoor heaven, and the pool is gorgeous, warm, inviting, well lit and regularly cleaned by maintenance staff. Lots of shade by palms and garden plants! All 11 of us enjoyed it numerous times a day for a whole week. The tiles are definitely slippery when wet so a bigger non slip runner would help a lot o prevent falls, especially for kids who always want to run!The 6 bedrooms are spacious and modern and have wonderful modern bathrooms! We stayed in one of the 2 bedrooms on the lower level at the front of the house, not facing the pool, and they were the coolest and quietest!We prepared a lot of meals at home and it really felt like a home away from home, especially with the awesome bbq pit built into the pool! So fun. Playa Langosta beach near the Capitan Suiza resort was amazingly natural, big, flat and so swimmable without the Tamarindo crowds, and only a 5 to 7 minute walk from the house. Maria the property manager is a big help in planning trips and tours and getting good drivers to take people to and from the airport. She answered all queries quickly and put us in touch with Jairo and his shuttles and tours!It was so hot in April when we were there so the A/C was welcome and needed, as was the pool. Nice choice for the area ! I would highly recommend Villa Croisette as a safe, secure and very large and inviting home.

Beautiful home in paradise

This is a beautiful home that was perfect for couples. We had 8 people and used the four rooms around the pool. Maria met us on arrival. We had a few conversations throughout our stay and she was very responsive fixing any issue we had. The pool area is perfect. We spent most of our time there. Maria arranged our transportation from/to the airport and everything went smoothly. She also set up a chef coming in to cook for us. That was very special. I would recommend renting golf carts while there. We used Earth and Gear (I think) They were also very helpful and let us extend our rental. You can definitely walk into Tamarindo but it was really nice to ride, especially after being outside in the heat. My only suggestion to Maria would be more towels. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to wash our own. We were given 2 sets of towels per room. One for showers and one for the pool. We had housekeeping come 3 times during our week stay. Some rooms got new towels on some days, some never got new ones. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with a very nice and helpful host. We would definitely come back. We appreciated Maria’s willingness to help.

Great House, Great Location!

This house is awesome. Everything is "outside" meaning all access to the bedrooms are from the outside of the property. The dining table is also outside and under a roof. The pool is the main highlight of this house and we spent many afternoons hanging out and cooling off in it. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. We loved that everything was al fresco!! We ended up renting 2 golf carts from a place in town (literally 5 minutes away) and loved the ease of taking the golf carts around the "main drag". We did have a crab and scorpion find their way into the bedroom but we didn't freak out, we just "took care of them". The Howler Monkey's are in the trees right outside of the property and were chatty starting about 5am each morning. We didn't mind at all because we had a full agenda of things to do each day and were up by then anyway. The monkey's can't come onto the property because the house is surrounded by an electric fence of sorts. Maria the host was fantastic to work with and helped us with all questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Outstanding home away from home

Looking at the property on line sometimes you wonder if it would meet the expectation once you are there. Well .. absolutely perfect Maria our host was able to help with booking a transfer from the Liberia airport to an from the house . Ask yor driver to stop at a supermarket prior to the house for some incidentals.. eg milk ,water ... She also offered help with excursions. The property is close to a number of local eateries and downtown is only a 20 minute walk A small grocery store less than a 3 minute walk Beach with in 5 minute walk We felt safe all the time day or night We rented a golf cart for a few days from Watermans just down the road from the house . Cost for a 4 person $65 and a 6 person $95. I would highly recommend doing this for your grocery days or trips in or around Tamarindo. Our group of 10 had tons of room to gather or be on their own. Jacqueline or house keeper was great .. she was in to upkeep the home 3 days a week . Our host Maria was always available via whatsapp You won't make a mistake booking this property. This vacation is in our top ten of all time ! S&T Canada

Perfect getaway - incredible property

The property was perfect & just as it looks online. The bedrooms around the pool were perfect for our group! The property had most everything we needed. Loved the location - not too far from town but not in town, and a close walk to the beach to watch the sunsets every night. Thank you for providing a great place for our group to stay. For improvements - we do wish there were electronic ways to get in the gate and house. It was difficult for a group of 8 to manage the keys/garage door openers. Keypad entry would have been nice.
