Our family just got back from a five-day trip. We loved this house!
Positives: stocked with anything you'll need (travel size toiletries, TP, cleaning supplies, spices, coffee, lots of bath and beach towels, paper plates, flashlights, even a crockpot), clean, roomy, lots of seating areas, large dock with seating/bar, comfortable beds, hot tub, fire pit, a grassy area large enough for a small dog to play ball, large waterfront, beautiful composite decking, short drive to grocery and restaurants, rented the pontoon boat with captain Gerry who was friendly and knowledgable about the lake and suggested Tap and Grill to dock for lunch. It was dog-friendly and had delicious food.
Negatives: We didn't realize there was no access to the lower level inside the house. This wasn't a problem as our kids are older. It was actually nice for them to have their own area on the lower level. We didn't see an outlet in the upstairs bath. The upstairs bath could also use some hooks for towels. Driveway access a little tricky - very steep. However, you can just park at the top of the hill.
Overall, we loved our stay! Alex was easy to work with when renting the boat. We'd love to come back again with more people!
