Steps To the Beach & Your Own Private Pool!

Enjoy a fun filled vacation! Relax on the beach, hang out with your family and friends by your own pool or pack up and explore all the attraction around the area.
Garden City Pier and Surfside Pier are less than a mile from the duplex. Both piers offer nearby food, arcades, night life and fishing. If you're looking for Seafood and night life, try the Marsh-walk in Murrells Inlet. There are plenty of food choices along with music, vendors all wrapped around the scenic marsh. This is also a great area to book day trips for fishing, rent paddle boards, kayaks and jet skis. For the kids you can book a pirate ship adventure.
Our duplex can accommodate up to 12 guests. The main floor is an open concept space with den, kitchen and dining room combined with comfortable seating and a balcony. There are 4 bedrooms: Bedroom #2 is a mini master suit located on the main floor with a queen bed and private toilet/large shower. The upper level has 3 additional bedrooms. The Master suite has a king bed and private bath with double sink vanity and soaker tub/shower Bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds with a crib shares a bath with bedroom 4. Bedroom #4 has 2 queen beds and shares a bath with bedroom 3. The Shared bath has a double sink vanity and a large shower.
All bedrooms have a smart TV or a Roku device for streaming.
Wi-Fi: Spectrum
Washer and dryer on the second floor located in the hall.

Off Season: 2-night min.
Summer Season: 1st Saturday in June to the 2nd week in August. 7-night min.

Upon request We can provide a complete list of rental companies that provide Bikes, Golf Carts, Beach towels and Beach Chairs.

What's Included:
Linens are included: Sheets for beds, 2 towel sets per guest, kitchen towels.
Blankets are located in the closets.

What You Need to Bring:
Beach Towels.
Beach chairs and umbrella: You can reserve Chairs and umbrellas from a local supplier or contact Beach Services for daily rentals already set up on the beach.
Toiletries: paper towels and toilet paper. shampoo & soap. (A starter amount is
provided but not enough for a week.)

Wonderful Time!

We had such a wonderful time! The check in was awesome! Just show up and the key code is provided to you so you can walk right in! The property was fantastic with everything you need and some great extras to make your beach time more enjoyable! Great location very near the beach with easy access to walk to the beach. We will definitely want to stay here again! The owners are super nice and helpful to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

Perfect long weekend!

Everything was great! Location is a 2 min walk if that to the beach and it was a perfect place for all of us who stayed there and there was a lot! We had plenty of room and were not on top of each other and pool was just perfect!

Great vacation home

The home was just like the description says. It was roomy and clean. There was a mix up in the beginning as both townhouse guests were given the same home and entry code, but Dawn quickly resolved that. The walk to the beach was easy and very close.

Awesome Host!

It was a wonderful experience! The house was exactly as described clean, and great location. It was a short walk to the beach, and having a private pool just for us was just an exceptional plus for our family trip. The host was very understanding and flexible responsive and extremely respectful and very accommodating! He went above and beyond!

Family vacation

This was the absolute best vacation rental for our family of 8. My adult children, grandchildren and my husband and I had more then enough room to be comfortable. The area was quiet and we had a short walk to the beach. Having the private pool was awesome for the grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was very responsive, friendly and accomidating. My youngest grandson said it was the best time of his life! This will be our forever family vacation home!

Great property!

We had a great time on our family vacation! The property had a great open floor plan for everyone to be together while cooking and eating. The extra driveway space was great for the kids to play! Our only complaint is the beds only had sheets and a handful of blankets. It would have been nice to have comforters or something more substantial.

Perfect!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Perfect for a trip with my friends. We all loved it and everyone bookmarked the house so we can come back in the future! Very comfortable, clean, and exactly as shown in the listing. They provided bath towels, travel sized soaps, and bathroom tissue. The kitchen had plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, and a coffee maker. The private pool was fantastic and it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Wonderful hosts! Answered all of my questions and so easy to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

Family vacation was perfect

My family loved this rental. It was so close to the beach. My kids loved the pool. Being as how there was another large family on the other side, we never heard anything through the walls. The family beside us was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for a large family. Everything was nice and clean.

Very nice beach house close to the beach

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this very comfortable house. The close proximity to beach access is a huge plus ! We stayed with our children, their spouses and three grandkids and everyone liked their rooms. Plenty of bathrooms too with a roomy kitchen and dining area plus a very nice pool. The only thing we would request is room darkening blinds in the master bedroom. But we woujd definitely stay here again ! Thank you so much!

We are the LaRocque's. We are both grew up in South Carolina and vacationed in here Garden City. We love this are because it is so close to the beach with a little less traffic but still close enough to get on the golfcart and ride down to the pier with the grands.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property offers the opportunity to rent both sides for family and friends that want to be close together and still have privacy. Both units have their own private pool. The Beach access is almost across the street. Both the Garden City pier and Surfside pier are under a mile away with plenty of place to eat and play.
