Our family of 8 had a great family vacation! The property was perfect with plenty to do! We caught several snapper off the point! We also rented a 27 ft boat and there was plenty of space for docking. A manatee visited us on our first day and came back to say good buy on our last day!

This beautiful house has four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - perfect for us. The kitchen was great with plenty of supplies for meals at home. We loved the waterfront location and the use of paddleboards and kayaks. We rented a pontoon boat locally that we easily docked at the house. The bikes and tennis court got lots of use too! Eddie ( the house manager) was a huge bonus!

Something for everyone

Great property. Quiet neighborhood. Gulf front with private tennis court, dock, basketball area and swimming pool. Large kitchen , dining room for 8. Nice bedrooms and baths. Large property with room for family to gather or spread out. This is our second year here and happy to come again.

We really enjoyed the property. Everything about it was immaculate. It was quite special to be able to go out and catch fish right off the pier and enjoy a nice warm pool. Thank you so much Mr.Wenk!Eddy did a wonderful job fulfilling. All our extra needs in. The house was perfect for our family.

Paradise

We had a lovely week at this beautiful property. So much fun and relaxation was had. Just to be able to spend the day at the pool or fish from the dock, or a short drive for golf, food and drinks was fantastic. Loved the tennis/basketball court for evening amusement. Playing under the lights while it was cooler out made for a lot of laughs considering none of us played tennis before.

Great property and location

Large house on huge property. Gulf front with private pool and tennis court. Could just stay on property with lots of activities—putting green, basket ball goal. Nice grill and in door and out door eating space. Property manager came by to check several times. Family gave it 10 out of 10–including teenager!

2 weeks in paradise

Property was very spacious and private for our group of 6. Great for families. Well-appointed with everything we could possibly need to enjoy our vacation from pool toys to kayaks to tennis rackets to basketballs to bikes and a paddleboard, and infinite beach towels. Landscaping was beautiful, serene and natural, property manager Eddie was very kind and attentive. Location was a bit north of Marathon proper in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to running and bike trails.

A wonderful home for adults and children!

This home had something for everyone regardless the age! Tennis, basketball, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, heated pool, corn hole, work out area. The dolphin center was right down the street and the grocery store was only a 10 minute ride away. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home for Christmas, wonderful memories were made!

Very impressive property and manager. Eddie was attentive and helpful. The house is amazing. We had a 27’ boat and the basin was ideal. The ice machine made it easy to fill up each day, and the drink fridge in the garage was also helpful. The home has enough room for our group of 7 to sprawl. Will definitely be back

Amazing home with an amazing view!

We are frequent travelers to the Keys and this home is one of the best! It’s on a quiet street and you feel completely secluded from the world with a gated access and wall around the property. The property is large with a great backyard for kids to play and wonderful pool overlooking the ocean. the kids saw dolphins, sea turtles and sharks off of the break wall and enjoyed fishing. This is a great home for families with children and the property manager, Eddie, is amazing! He makes you feel so welcome with tips about fishing and places to go and even brought in the garbage cans so we didn’t have to carry them. This home is so well maintained, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We could have never left the property and been quite content. Great views of the sunset and wonderful outdoor seating areas. There is nothing that disappoints about this home. We look forward to returning to it soon!

Awesome Back yard!

I have to say, the house was awesome.. The back yard was huge, the pool was perfect, and tons of dockage for several boats. The driveway had plenty of parking for trailers and several cars. My biggest complaint inside the house was the Ac. It would not cool any lower than 76 and during the days went up as high as 80. It ran 24/7 and would not cool down. The TV’s in both bedrooms didn’t work. That’s a pretty big deal when you are paying that much per week. Other issues, were some bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper upon check in and others had a half a roll. No dish detergent, paper towels, bath soap. etc. You definitely have to bring your own stuff. The kitchen was bare bones with supplies. Since we flew in, we had to run out immediately and buy those things, which is kind of a hassle. They did have a couple bikes, kayaks, and a paddle board. The picture showed a gym, several pieces were broken and didn’t work. Overall, The house was great, dated but nice. Loved the location, secluded and private, and the back yard. The biggest issue was the AC…

Hello and thank you for your review. We are sorry your experience was not optimal. We pay to have a groundskeeper and property manager 24/7. We did not receive any complaints from you while you stayed with us which makes it impossible to address them in real time. As for supplies, our cleaning service has written instructions to leave out fresh new supplies to include every item you listed as absent. We will be sure to follow up. Had we heard of this in real time, we keep a storage closet stocked with about 3 yr worth of every single supply you listed, which would be a quick fix for us and one we’d be happy to make.

Beautiful property! Loved the grounds & the space - felt like a private oasis all to ourselves. Boys fished every evening & caught many fish including a couple small nurse sharks. Got the opportunity to kayak out into a pod of dolphins as well. Walked & biked to get coffee & chocolate croissants each morning. Overall - amazing week in the Keys!

Great Property

The listing didn’t do this justice. The kitchen is very well stocked. The property is like it’s own resort, with plenty to do for everyone. Tennis, putting green, spike ball, pool and much more. The only improvement for this property would be nicer bedding. The quick response from Eddie for any questions was almost immediate. Great place to make some wonderful memories.

Six on the Beach

We had a wonderful time, pool was great for the kids, great location for our rented boat for the week and access to fishing spots. Owner and Property Manager extremely responsive and helpful. Even got extra tennis balls and a microwave delivered! Thanks Eddie! See you next year!

We had a great week here. The boat dockage is excellent for multiple boats. Spacious house and grounds were well maintained. Very responsive owner and groundskeeper. Many extras. Exceeded our expectations!

Absolutely beautiful and spacious home!!! Prime location for relaxation with activities just a few miles away. We had a great week and could not have asked for a better host. House was well equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy paradise.
