Blue Turtle Villa at The Tides of Vaca Cut (Unit #4), is a brand new 5 bedroom 4 bath home with a private pool, boat slip, all the toys for the perfect vacation ~ paddle boards, kayak, giant Jenga, giant connect four, ping pong and more! Perfectly situated on the water with stunning views, sunrise and sunset colors, and direct quick access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico!

This gorgeous, 5-bedroom, 4 full baths with upscale décor and modern coastal feel, has 2293 square feet of living area and features an expansive master suite with a King bed, en suite bath, walk-in closet, and private balcony overlooking Vaca Cut. There is a Junior master on the main level also with a king-size bed and en suite bath. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen size beds and the 5th bedroom has a set of bunks with a trundle underneath to sleep 3. There are 6 TVs (living room has cable, the others are hooked up for Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Designated high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. There is a maximum of 12, including all children, allowed by the City of Marathon. There is an electric car charger (extension cord not provided).

The Blue Turtle Villa boasts open living space, quartz countertops, a waterfall island with seating, a dry bar entertainment area, a large balcony on each floor, and a private pool. The ground level has a large covered area with seating, a grill, and a fenced yard. Lots of parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. Gated entrance. The Tides at Vaca Cut community has a gated entrance, private dock access with 30' of assigned dockage with power and water, whips for your boat, fish cleaning tables, and a waterfront gazebo. Situated in the heart of the Florida Keys within walking distance to restaurants, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, and various water activities, while a short drive to Sombrero and Coco Plum Beach, Bahia Honda State Park, Islamorada (40 minutes), or Key West (1 hour).

The kitchen includes everything you may need to cook and more (dishes, silverware, pots and pans, baking sheets, muffin tin, Vitamix Blender, food processor, crockpot, fondue pot, air fryer, pressure cooker, hand mixer, Keurig for your coffee, kids dishes, bartender tools). Outside gas grill, meat smoker, BBQ cooking accessories, bait freezer, and lots of games to enjoy with your family (giant Jenga for outside, giant connect 4, corn hole, mini golf putting, paddleboards, life vests, ping pong table, beach chairs, beach umbrella).

The pool can be heated for a fee of $125 per week plus tax and processing (prorated for longer stays).

Marathon is centrally located in the Florida Keys ~ just an hour from Key West, 40 minutes from Islamorada. There are seemingly endless activities to enjoy ~ from beachcombing to offshore fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking and many fun attractions such as The Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Encounters, Dolphin Research Center, Pigeon Key, and many state parks are close by as well, like the world-famous Bahia Honda State Park! Marathon is also home to incredible restaurants.
