Very quiet spot

Great spot for touring Hocking Hills. There is a Kroger and several gas stations down the hill in Nelsonville. Close to the Train Station for Hocking Valley Railroad. Recommend the Alfonso's Italian Restaruant at the Lancaster Golf Course.

Clean and comfortable

The property is just as described. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had all we needed to enjoy a weekend hiking in hocking hills.

Perfect getaway spot!

This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. Fabulous kitchen and amazing garden tub, especially for a participant in the Burr Oak half marathon to soak in afterwards. Very clean. Extremely responsive owners. Definitely recommend!

Quiet retreat close to busy OU

We so appreciated having a quiet and lovely home to return to each day of our stay while moving our freshman son to Ohio University. The cottage has plenty of room and the location is perfect. Our only request would be a new mattress on the Queen bed. With that, we would definitely return.

The bed is very uncomfortable it’s states a queen more like a full for two people that are a little heavy the bed isn’t comfortable. Other than that it was a great place
Did find this in the cabinet when cooking food. So I washed all the dishes to make sure they were clean before we used them .

Awesome place

House looks just like pictures. Very very clean and I am a germaphobe so that is saying a lot. Perfect size and had everything needed for a comfy stay. Only thing is that TV's in the bedrooms would have been great. Easy access to everything. Lots of food options in town. Very quiet neighborhood, we will be staying again.

Great cottage

This place was perfect for what we needed, but would accommodate tons of scenarios. There is a large living space that is perfect for hanging out. The kitchen is large and we’ll stocked for preparing meals. The bathrooms are spacious and the bedrooms are incredibly comfortable. The owners are incredibly accommodating as well and there to help if needed.

Nice cottage conveniently located near Nelsonville, trails

This 2 bedroom cottage was the perfect size for a weekend trip for our family with more privacy and freedom than a hotel can offer. Located in a nicer rural residential area, but not too far from downtown Nelsonville, allowing convenient access to the Rocky store, the train depot and picking up groceries for your stay. It has a nice front porch and swing for enjoying the outdoors anytime of the day or evening. For those with any mobility issues, besides a couple steps at the side door, the layout is open and easy to maneuver. The owners were very responsive and accommodating of requests. We would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Very nice comfortable cottage in very scenic countryside

We traveled to Nelsonville to use as our home base to motorcycle S E Ohio. This property was a great location to do that. The house was very comfortable and had a nice layout. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions before and during our stay. Daniel was interested in making sure everything was perfect for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again, if I'm back in the area. Hocking HIlls State Park is only 35 minutes away and is a must visit while in the area.

A great place. Perfect for our girls' weekend (3 adults). All the kitchen essentials are there (so grateful that there was coffee!). The sheets and and towels are clean and soft. Very comfortable. Great location.

Our birthday getaway

Loved it! It was so cute and just enough space. The owner was very helpful with everything I asked about. I wanted someone or a bakery so I could get a cake f oir my daughter and he was able to get a couple names and numbers for me to try. I asked if there was a grill he provided a little propane one which was sufficient.
