Welcome to our beautiful marco island condo! A renovated space with the best Marco has to offer - a beautiful canal view, boat dock/lift, and a short 2 block walk to South Beach access. The unit comes with one dedicated parking space as well as guest parking. Fish off the dock, swim in the pool, walk to the beach, or bring your boat to escape to the Gulf and Ten Thousand Islands, which are just minutes away. We look forward to welcoming you to this special piece of paradise. If you are interested in using the boat dock, please send a message as there is an additional fee.

Our Favorite on Marco

Our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as we remembered. The unit is well appointed and the highlight is the spacious lanai overlooking the dock and channel below. Sitting there we had daily dolphin and manatee sightings. The property grounds are well maintained with multiple outdoor sitting areas, grills, a large pool and newly installed stone dock walkway. The unit is a 5 minute walk to the south Marco beach entrance and a 15 minute walk to the restaurants and shops at the intersection of Collier and Winterbury. The host is very easy to work with and has been consistently responsive. My wife and I locked ourselves out of the unit after going for a run and she had us back in within 15 minutes. We have rented several properties on Marco from several owners over the last few years, but this continues to be our favorite.

Beautiful & peaceful location!

We spent a month at this location and loved it! Located on a canal with water views from every window and just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the peaceful lanai watching dolphins & manatee's almost daily. Having a boat slip to rent a boat made for a really fun experience as well during our stay and everyone there was so friendly. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Great Family Stay

Perfect place to stay if you want to bring your boat, the lift is in great shape and right in front of the unit. The neighbors are all very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely visit again.

Perfect Marco Island Property

My wife and I rented this property for 5 weeks for a combination of remote work and vacation time. The condo provided more than enough space for two people working separate jobs to not be on top of each other. There was great WIFI and multiple areas to choose from when setting up our workstations for the day. The property itself was fantastic with new furniture and amenities. The pictures do not do justice to how nice everything is. The highlight for us was the large screened in lanai with very comfortable lounge chairs. Not a day passed where we did not see Dolphins, Manatees, and Tarpon swimming in the water below. There are also multiple outdoor seating areas on the newly renovated docks that are great for enjoying an evening drink on the water and watching the sunset. We also frequently used the outdoor grills and pool area on the days we decided to skip the beach. One thing to highlight is that we did not have a car during our stay and this presented no issues. The beach is a 5 minute walk from from the Condo and there are multiple restaurants and a handful of shops that are 20 minutes on foot. There are also multiple grocery and alcohol delivery services that will quickly deliver to the condo. On those days we wanted to venture out further we had no issue quickly securing an Uber or Lyft. Overall this is an awesome condo, located in quiet community, with great water views and close to everything on the end of Marco Island. We can’t wait to come back.

Marco Island treasure

The place was as nice or nicer than the pictures. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing that would make the place better is if it was on the beach. However the canal view was very relaxing and enjoyable.

This property has everything marco island living is all about. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach, a boat dock and lift for easy direct water access to the gulf, and a fabulous canal view. It’s also renovated with in-unit washer and dryer. Cant ask for much more!
