Cozy condo right in the heart of Dillon! This three bedroom, two bath condo includes two master bedrooms, one of which has it's own kitchenette and separate entrance, providing maximum privacy for guests. Located near the Dillon Marina and amphitheater, and within a 30 minute drive or less to four different ski resorts.

Lakeview Condo is located in the heart of all the wonderful dining, shopping, and lake activities in Dillon. Stroll to the farmers market in the summer, or hop right on the rec path with miles of paved trails for walking, running, and biking. Just steps away from the Dillon Marina and the not to be missed Tiki Bar.

This cozy condo features a fully equipped kitchen furnished with all the cookware needed to cook a gourmet dinner, chili in the crockpot, and everything in between. The owners have thoughtfully furnished this unit to ensure it has all of the home away from home amenities. A small dining seating area is situated next to the kitchen. The living room features a new leather sofa, large flat screen TV with Apple TV. The master bedroom is just steps away and has a Queen size bed, private bathroom, and all new furnishings. Bedroom two has a Queen size bed with a twin bunk over. Bedroom Three is a private studio suite with efficiency kitchen including cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink, coffee maker and counter area, a private bathroom, and Queen size bed. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit.

Lakeview Condo is located close to the free bus stop and just steps away from the paved path along the shore of Lake Dillon.
One designated parking spot is included. Additional paid parking may be found in the town parking lots nearby. Free high speed Wifi. We do not guarantee the clubhouse will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.

3rd bedroom - Queen

This home is professionally cleaned and we personally inspect each home before you check in. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for guests.

Perfect location

This is a great condo. Central to stores and ski resorts. It has pretty much all you need for a short visit. Rooms are spacious. Overall, the stay was great. Would stay again.

Great stay in Dillon

Great place for small family with kids. Close to keystone. Full kitchen and washer/dryer was great. Easy check in process - lock box for keys. Parking spot is right in front of unit. Would stay here again.

Dillon condo stay

Excellent property with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants, and also nearby ski resorts! We were skiing at A-basin, and it was only about a 15-20 minutes drive to the base. We loved the reserved parking spot right in front.The condo was very well equipped- we didn't lack anything. The kitchen was so good- we were able to do a fair amount of cooking- which was so convenient since we did not have to subject our kids at the end of the day to waiting in a restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

Holiday trip with family, SO, and friends

We had a total of 6 staying at this property. Thought it was a better value than most a month before the holidays. Everything in the property was cleaned, organized, and beneficial to all six of our needs. I thought the heating for the winter was better than expected after reading some reviews and had no complaints about comfort. Beds were above average and every bed was comfortable for a couple sleeping together. Kitchen appliances were great and we found everything we needed to make a home cooked dinner for 6. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place with Convenient Location

This property was a great place to stay during our ski trip. It location was ideal. It was easy to get in and out in terms of traffic and location. The parking was defined and easy to get into. We skied at a couple of different resorts and we were pretty much 10-15 minutes away from multiple mountains which was great! The condo itself was really nice. We slept all six of us very comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was easy for all of us to stay in. The condo was quiet and the people around us were really nice to interact with. Our property contact was remarkably prompt and polite with our questions. The hot tub was great to help relax after long days on the slopes. Can't say enough good things about this property. We will definitely try to stay here again and if VRBO would let me, would give it a 6 out 5 stars!

Great location, responsive team

We had a wonderful stay! The location of this unit is awesome— so close to the marina and very accessible to a host of activities. Our family of 4 including a baby had a great time. We had an issue with the shower drain and they sent someone over within a few hours of responding. The only minor issue we had was the cleanliness of certain parts of the unit— I usually do a wipe down of the counters when I get to a VRBO, and my cloth was totally dirty with old coffee stains, banana peel parts, dust. Maybe it had been a while between us and the previous guest? Regardless, with the cleaning fee we had hoped for cleaner surfaces. Otherwise, we would totally stay again and recommend this unit!

Functional but expensive for the quality

The place was functional for 3 adult guys on a ski trip, but it was extremely expensive for the quality of the condo and complex. Each person got his own bedroom and it had a washer/dryer, which was all key for us, but one of our biggest gripes was the living room seating arrangement. Either all three guys sat on one couch together or one had to sit on a breakfast room chair. There was only the one couch and no loveseat or other comfortable seating. Overall, it was clean, conveniently located, and it all worked ok, but we wouldn't rent it again for the price we paid.

Convenient location & pet friendly

This is a very comfortable property. Lots of towels, kitchen well equipped, and VERY comfortable beds & pillows. The location is good and easy to get to. However, if you want a view of the lake or mountains, this is not the place for you. The view from the two back bedrooms is an alley/easement area & fence and the front is the parking lot and stairway. Since there is no A/C and you need the windows open, expect to seem them...not a scenic view. When I arrived the unit was HOT and stuffy, the thermostat read 75 and there weren't any fans in the unit. I called the management company, and 2 arrived within an hour(ish). We went and bought another, as 2 is just not enough to keep the air circulating in the unit to keep it cool. You will need to shut the front living room/dining area windows when you are gone and sleeping, as there are no screens. I also had trouble getting those windows to lock and stay locked. It has a lot of room, and you won't be stepping all over each other.

Thank you so much your review. We are sorry that you got caught in our very rare heat wave! Temperatures rarely exceed 80 degrees in the county therefore air conditioning is typically not needed. And it cools down to the 40's normally at night. We have repaired the windows so they are easier to lock and have added screens. We hope that we can assist you in your next vacation! Great spot in Dillon

A great condo in Dillon! Comfy pillows and bed, along with a great location in Dillon for easy walks/bike rides to the water. Not a good view from the condo itself, but very close to the best views in town. We had no issues with street parking for 2 cars (1 designated spot in the parking lot), and they have very detailed maps to show where to go. Overall, would recommend!

Convenient location

Comfortable, clean condo with all of the amenities required for a pleasant stay. The seperate efficiency worked out great for our group. The main gathering area has limited comfortable seating so is not suited for larger groups. The condo is centrally located to some great restaurants and brew pubs. You can get to everything in Dillon in 5 minutes.

Everything that You need.

Property has everything that You need, it's little dated and some improvements can be made, but in general it's perfect place to stay for several families. Also management company is very well addressed all the issues in fast and diligent manner. Like heaters and dehumidifiers was deployed in a simple request basis. Couple things to improve - I would replace the doors they're losing too much heat due to gaps, also would add couple of board games for kids.

Nice Spacious Condo in Dillon

Great 12-day stay. Condo was very clean and spacious with plenty of closet/storage space. The property manager was quick to remedy any minor issues that came up. We wouldn't hesitate to rent the property again for our next trip to Dillon.

Great location

Property had a great location. The jacuzzi did not work, but the small issue we had with parking was felt with quickly. The condo did seem warm no matter what we did but better than running cold.
