Sunny and Bright describes this beautiful beach home located on the beautiful Isle of Palms. Welcome to the beach! Located just 3 blocks from the beach with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home features a great screen porch with outdoor dining, an amazing open kitchen with oversized center island and large dining table. Living room is spacious and open with a large screen TV. The Master bedroom is on the main floor with a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks and large walk-in closet. Of the remaining bedrooms, there is a second bedroom on the main floor with 2 additional bedrooms upstairs.

Home Features and Notes: Screen porch, Outdoor Shower, 3 TVs (living room, and 2 of the 4 bedrooms - all are smart televisions). This is a raised home with parking available under the house. Washer and Dryer located on the 1st floor.

We loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our check in was easy, the office ladies were a joy! The house was clean and ready for us and the pictures tell the truth about the house. We had plenty of room (8 adults), in the common areas, porches, bedrooms and bathrooms. We had plenty of towels on hand. The kitchen is very well stocked for 8 adults. We plan to book this house for next year!

Amazing home

Home was beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. Just a ~5 minute walk to the beach and a ~5 minute walk to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in a safe neighborhood, close to beach. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Really enjoyed sitting in screened porch at night! We would definitely stay there again!

The floors definitely needed mopped and it was hard for us to help keep the house clean with limited supplies as the vaccum did not work. Short walk to the beach and close to lots of fun things to do!

Great House Great Location!

Our group had the best weekend and staying at this property played a major role in that! The location is perfect, with a direct walk to the beach and ease getting to and from the downtown Charleston area via Uber. We LOVED our morning coffees on the screened in porch! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house, a great property to stay

You will love this house, the only issue is the A/C is not cold enough on full summer , sleeping on the 1st floor bedrooms is not pleasant at all… Besides that, is a very nice property to stay

Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear that the air conditioner was not cooling enough. This is unusual to hear this, for this home, typically the AC is very cold and never an issue. Please know that we have dispatched an HVAC technician to remedy this situation. Please know also that we have a maintenance department open 7 days a week and if something like to happens we are happy to dispatch someone out immediately to assist.
