Esta caba�������������������a de playa elevado adorable ha sido recientemente renovado y ampliado. Y es justo al otro lado de la calle de las hermosas playas de la Isla de las Palmas! La casa de 2.150 pies cuadrados cuenta con una longitud total porche, sala de estar cómoda, zona de comedor y una amplia cocina, bien equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos. Hay cuatro dormitorios y un nido de cuervo con encanto que se dobla como un quinto dormitorio. Hay dos ba������������os completos, uno de los cuales es totalmente nuevo y cuenta con una amplia ba�����era y ducha hermosa. Todo esto y un lavadero en la planta principal. Dormitorios incluyen dos camas king-size, una cama de matrimonio y tres camas individuales. Si est������� buscando unas vacaciones geniales en Isle of Palms a muy buen precio, ����ha encontrado su casa!

Unbeatable location for family

The house and layout were exactly what my family needed. The outdoor showers and foot wash were perfect for adults and the litttle ones! Right across the street from the beach and a block from a great playground. It was an amazing stay!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect and the sleeping spaces accommodated all in our party. We loved the front porch and the spacious living space. It would have been nice to have one more bathroom for 8 people but we made it work.

The beach was a close walk across the street. We would like to return soon. Island realty was also nice to deal with.

Great location

Property was great but could have used extra toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels for a 5 bedroom house. House had 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and 2 extra trash bags for a 5 day stay. There are also no staple pantry items stocked in the house. No aluminum foil or plastic wrap. No beach chairs.

Fun Family Weekend!

Kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and gathering around the island!! Clean, comfy beds and well equipped! Only downside was lack of comfy porch furniture and the porch was dusty and dirty. It just needed some more rocking chairs and a good washing! But we still spent lots of time out there!

Made it easy to run back to the house if needed, important when you have small children! The house was a perfect size for our family - 4 bedrooms on the main floor including a massive master bedroom (!) and one bedroom on the top floor. The floor plan is open and the master bedroom is very private. The porch was our favorite place to hang out and watch the world go by. Highly recommend this place!

Could have used one more bathroom. the front porch was nice but lots of traffic on the road made it less appealing. Limited supplies - brought our own TP, or we would have run out. Kitchen didn't have any spices or non-perishable staples which most VRBO's do. Very easy walk to the beach - lovely beach. The manager was very helpful when we asked for a late checkout.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was clean, could use a bit more updating in the hall bathroom and some pieces of furniture, especially on the porch. It was louder from the road noise than we had expected. Would have liked an area in the back yard to be able to sit and relax. We would have liked to have known where the grill was and would have been nice to have it clean.The rental agency was very responsive to our needs.The screen door needs to be replaced as it cannot be completely closed from the inside without locking it. The kitchen did have everything we needed to prepare some meals at the house. The reason to not recommend this house to others is based on the noise from the road. If that is not a problem for others, would recommend it based on cleaniness and equipment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures really don't do this place justice. It is significantly more spacious than it looks. All the furnishings are great and as a woodworker I can appreciated some of the pieces they've selected such as the butler's table by the front door. The screened in porch is a plus and was a popular place for the girls as well as a place to buffer from the beach before going in the house. The kitchen are is well laid out and spacious with a gas stove and really nice cabinets with soft closing doors and drawers. Wash machine came in handy as we had to wash towels and wash clothes daily. The wood floors are much appreciated over tiles or carpeting. The location was perfect for us. There was a light that was out over the stove and maintenance fixed that without hesitation... I've used Island Realty several times when in the Charleston area (as has my wife with her "sisters" weekend getaway), they make it so easy to work with. When it comes to this beach house, it is a place I would definitely like to stay in on a regular basis....

Charming Beach Cottage

It's a hike to the actual sand, but it's as close as you get without being oceanfront. The large, screened in front porch was perfect for our group with kids. The open floor plan for kitchen/dining/living was perfect for socializing and the bedrooms were just far enough away from the noise. The photos accurately show the property. It appears home owners are in the midst of upgrades as one bathroom is fully done up and the other is stuck in the 80s. Kitchen is gorgeous and fully stocked! My only complaints were that the floors are a bit dirty. It seems housekeeping maybe vacuums, but doesn't mop them. Second issue was a wasp nest under the stairs (I got stung 4x) but I informed the rental mgmt co and they assured me someone would be out to remove the nest. Overall this was a great rental experience and our entire group all agreed we would return here in the future. If you plan to order food, Long Island Grill is amazing and the fresh seafood from Simmons Seafood was well priced.

Perfect Summer Getaway

This older Isle of Palm beach house has been renovated to include a large modern kitchen with open floor plan, a large master suite with tiled shower and garden tub, four downstair bedrooms with full bath across the hallway, and a bedroom upstairs with outside balcony. Enjoy the convenience of a nice size laundry room with washer and dryer next to the kitchen and easy internet access and cable. A screened porch across the front has a hammock, table, and rocking chairs --- perfect to relax on after a day at the beach.A secure garage area beneath the house is perfect for storing kayaks, surfboards, beach chairs etc. A water faucet and hose in front of the house is great to wash away sand, and a larger shower at the rear of the house is for more serious showering.. There is plenty of off road parking. Access to the beach is directly across the street. Nearby shopping and restaurants make for a perfect summer getaway.

Another Week at 2703

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this property!! This was our seventh or eight straight summer stay. Easy access entrance right across the street makes for a quick walk to the beach. The house is spacious with three bedroom areas. The updated master suite and kitchen make this rental extra nice. Located close to beach, lllshopping, restaurants and grocery make for a perfect vacation spot. Property has all the conveniences of home--- washer and dryer in a large laundry room. There is secure space in the garage area for surfboards, kayaks and bikes Great Wi-Fi and internet for our teenage grandchildren. Look forward to another stay next summer.
