Great home and location

We enjoyed our stay in Hernando Beach. The house was clean, comfortable, cute, and with good amenities. We enjoyed using the kayaks and riding the golf cart. We look forward to returning next year.

Escape from the snow

Enjoyed several weeks of warm weather in this roomy updated house. Friendly neighborhood recovering from the hurricane. Several welcoming restaurants and fresh seafood. Host was excellent. Off the beaten track with shopping nearby.bike trails, kayaking from your door!

Perfect family/friends trip

The location of the neighborhood is perfect. The kids loved, jumping off the dock and swimming & kayaking. The lanai is perfect to accommodate the whole family. The house was very clean, has everything that you would need. love all the couches plenty of places to sit and have conversations. 10 of 10!

Family annual vacay

We really enjoyed this property soooo much. It was way nicer than pictures reflected. The location was perfect and the house was very well stocked. I shouldn't say too many wonderful things about this property...it will be filled the next time we would like to stay😊 The best compliment we can give is that we would definitely stay there again!!!

Your home is lovely. The perfect 2 week vacation in beautiful Hernando Beach where we have family members living. The golf cart was a big hit with our family. We hope to return in the future, it's the perfect location for us to vacation with our Hernando Beach relatives. Thank you!

Perfect homebase

Super clean and modern home that provided a great place for a group of friends to use while going to spring training games within a 90 minute radius. Very nice bedding and linens. Beautiful view at the back of the house. Owner was great to work with. Hope to stay here in the future.

Peaceful, Relaxing & Beautiful View

We had a great time! We had everything we needed at the house! The house was clean and beds were comfortable! I am reluctant to post a great review because the house will ALWAYS be booked and I will have a harder time to book again! When you book this awesome home be sure to take care of it because we wanna go back :) Checking in & out was very easy! We will definitely be back!!!!

The house itself was fantastic. Everything appeared new and clean. My disappointment came from the fact that prior to booking I specifically asked if there were any size restrictions for boats and was told no. Our first day on the premises a neighbor came out yelling at us ands taking pictures of our boat stating that it was too big for the dock and we had to get it out of there. Our 32’ boat was definitely hanging over into her property on one end and had to be tied very tight to the docks to avoid the motors from hitting the area of dock that jogs out on the other end. To appease the neighbor we had to give them our phone numbers and make ourselves available to move our boat for them if they wanted to take their boat out because they didn’t have sufficient room. It added an unnecessary stress to the stay that was frustrating. The neighbor called the owner complaining and he did reach out to me to suggest that we turn our boat the opposite direction on his dock. We chose not to do that because we felt that then the bow of the boat would hit the bumped out area of dock since it sits higher than the motors. Additionally the problem would still exist because it doesn’t change the fact that the boat was too big for his dock. Bottom line is that if your boat is bigger than about 27’ your are gonna have a problem.

Exceeded Expectations!

Couldn't be happier with our choice of this property. Large bedrooms, clean sheets and towels, and a huge screened back patio facing West. Well equipped kitchen with extra consumables. When we return (family in the immediate area), we'll stay here again.

My family and I have stayed at many nice homes in central Florida and this is one of the cleanest we have been at! Very tastefully decorated as well. Quiet neighborhood, very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.
