Newly Enlarged Cozy Cottage-5 Min. walk to the beach. Great Gulf Views!

This beautiful newly expanded PET FREE cottage (1200 sq. ft.) is just minutes from the beach. With 2 BR and 2-full baths, this cottage provides everything for that weekend getaway or weeklong vacation with family and friends. There is a queen bed in the BR#1 with an on suite bath. BR #2 has 2-QUEEN sized bunkbeds with TV and plenty of closet space. There is a queen sleeper sofa, a double sleeper Futon and in common areas. The property sleeps 8 comfortably and has a large eat around island and a dining table near the well appointed kitchen. All indoor linens, towels and toiletries are provided. There are several patios; one upstairs which provides an excellent view of the Gulf's shipping lanes while you enjoy an afternoon beverage and another patio downstairs complete with a TV, bar, BBQ pit, grill, blue tooth speakers, outdoor sink, hammocks and loungers. The yard has a firepit , wood provided, for those cool summer nights and the property is fully fenced with outdoor areas secured by CCTV monitored from within the cottage. There is a total of four TVs, including a 75 inch smart TV in the main living area, on property. A cozy 60 inch electric fireplace is in the main living area. You and your guests will have the entire property to yourselves for a relaxing beach getaway. Play table tennis, basketball, darts or corn hole under a covered area.

Just minutes from the new Margaritaville Bolivar Beach Club/Resort which offers a day pass to pools, restaurants, concerts, etc.

This place is amazing! There are too many nice touches to mention. It is very well stocked with everything you need and the host left us a nice note with a bottle of wine and snack.We did not arrive until late at night and couldn't figure out the combo lock. I called the host and he picked up right away and walked us through it.Rent it and be prepared to be impressed!

We were blown away from the moment we pulled up to the moment we walked through the door. Every inch had new and unexpected surprise that just made our stay better than we could have imagined. Between the locked gate and the security cameras, we felt just as safe as we would in our own home, which is important to our family. The beach was less than 5 minutes away on a golf cart, which they also have on site for your use. We expected to spend most of our trip visiting family at Camp Margaritaville just down the way, but no, they wanted to spend more time at our place. Pictures do not do this property justice. Not to mention the owners were as sweet as could be and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Awesome beach house

Stayed the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better house and environment. The house had all of the needed kitchen items and more, like the cute coffee bar. The kids loved the outside area with ping pong table and Bluetooth speakers. Golf cart was great for going back and forth to the beach and a night time ride. Nate and Lisa left a sweet note upon my check in and were easy to contact if we needed anything. Overall this was the best rental I’ve ever had! Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice getaway

The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to the beach and the yard was a huge plus for the kids. I would definitely rent this place again. The only thing that I would advise is the beds are not the most comfortable because of the noise, other than that it was prefect.

Super Accommodating

This house was perfect for our family of four, and the owners were super accommodating. The outdoor space offers much more than the average home. As a bonus, the balcony allows you to enjoy the concerts happening at Margaritaville. We found everything we needed and more, and the entire property was immaculate. We only had time for a brief stay, but we hope to return for a longer visit in the future.

10 out of 10! As good as it gets! Best VALUE!

This was an all around win! Nate was the absolute BEST owner to deal with and his property is now in first place for our families VRBO vacations. It was a very rainy Labor Day weekend but the AMENITIES made up for the time away from the beach! The grill and patio set up downstairs is a man’s dream and the amount of things for the kids to do are endless. Friendly neighbors and great location. When Nate’s says if you need ANYTHING he means it and is right on it! We will stay here again for sure! DON’T PASS THIS ONE UP IT IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

Quick Beach Trip

Stayed the weekend with our kids and some friends for a quick trip before school started. We really enjoyed the house and it’s proximity to the beach and to the Margaritaville resort. The golf cart was perfect for our group as well.

Perfect getaway … even better!

We have loved staying at this beach house the past few years and this year Nathan and Lisa built an amazing addition to the cottage! The extra living space and bedroom was perfect for our growing family. The property is still beautiful and well maintained as it’s been when they first started hosting. When we opened the door it was a wave of relaxation. A/C works well, beds and furniture comfortable, kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies and basic cooking needs. Beach toys, chairs and boogie board are always a delight for our kiddos. The house is well equipped for winter visits as well with fire pit, wood stove by lounge are and a fire place inside.we can’t wait to stay next year!

Absolutely Wonderful!

The owners are Amazing!!!!!! Very helpful and responsive to anything you need. We enjoyed our stay. We come to Crystal beach twice a year and we love it. The house was fantastic with many things to do there. Our boys enjoyed playing basketball, darts and making s’mores at the fire pit. Lots of memories we made and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We will definitely stay here again. The house was cozy and plenty enough room for the 4 of us. Close to the beach, with a French in yard was a plus with little ones. I’m giving them a 10 ⭐️ rating .

Great cottage!

This place was very clean and comfortable and well stocked. The owners really aim to please their guests. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in over the years. Inside and out, the attention to detail was awesome. We especially like the no pet rule. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect little getaway

Everything about this beach house is convenient, clean, well-organized and thought out. The walk to the beach would be short enough but having the golf cart was incredibly convenient. In spite of the heat I enjoyed a breezy nap in the hammock on the upper deck. The kitchen had everything I needed. Back yard and downstairs area are immaculate, beautiful and comfortable. The outdoor shower was perfect. Kids were happy, so mom and dad were happy! Nate and Lisa were so easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place and intend to return!

Amazing trip!

Our stay was amazing! We got there a little early and had renting the golfcart. The hosue was not ready but we were able to pick up the golfcart and hang out on the beach. The house is perfect for a couples get away, very well stocked and both up and downstairs have hang out areas. We spent the entire day nearly on the porch one of the days just taking in the breeze. If you are looking for a fantastic little get away just to unwind, take a few strolls down the beach and hang out this is your place!

Our 2 BR/ 2BATH home provides a very intimate environment for couples or families seeking a quiet fun-filled beach getaway. You will have the entire property to yourselves with many amenities such as beautiful decks, patios, fire pit and many others. The views of the gulf from the upper deck is breathtaking. We are located on the highest point on the peninsula so high water isn't an issue. The property is fully gated for added security and privacy. Everything for a restful stay is provided.

The property is completely fenced and has security camera which cover some common areas without intruding upon our guests privacy. Our guests monitor cameras from within the cottage. With direct access to our drive-on beaches, the family can spend a fun-filled day building sandcastles or just basking in the sun. There are lots of board games, puzzles and cards to keep your family occupied. Ping-Pong table, basketball, darts and corn hole are just a few of our most popular amenities.
