Esta hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios se encuentra en Yacht Club, hay muchas casas en alquiler en Cape Coral, pero el barrio Yacht Club es el lugar para estar si quieres estar cerca de la playa ya poca distancia local para restaurantes y el centro de la vida nocturna . Desde la casa es un paseo en barco 7 min a aguas abiertas y un paseo en coche de 5 minutos para el Yacht Club de Playa.
Área principal de la casa cuenta con una planta libre, con 2 12 ft. Deslizadores apertura al hermoso patio con nueva piscina de agua salada y un spa. Cocina recién remodelada, todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, asientos bar Desayuno 3, asientos de comedor 8, 4 dormitorios, todas con TV de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD, puede alojar cómodamente a 8,

A very beautiful, large, and lovingly furnished house, which unfortunately was a bit dated and in need of renovation in a few places. The seating area by the canal was rusted and broken. That was a real shame, because it's actually a very pleasant place to sit. The location was fantastic and super central. All in all, I'd happily stay again.

Everything was wonderful! Was the perfect place to stay - quiet neighborhood and a clean, spacious house. The sunsets were amazing! The pool/hot tub was our favorite place of the whole house. This is definitely a place we would consider staying again if we make it back to the area. This house had everything we needed for our stay. The best find was that Rib City (my families favorite restaurant in Florida) was literally a 3 minute drive away!

Our stay was very good. We enjoyed the home very much and it had everything we needed. There was a bit of trouble with the pool pump but when we called the property manager she quickly responded and the owner who was in the area stopped by herself to check in on it. A tech was sent the next day to fix it. The chairs at the boat dock were old and one was broken. The rest were so rusted you could not sit in them without them potentially breaking. An easy fix for the owner. The property was mostly clean maybe a little dust in corners or a few cob webs here and there but no house is spotless. It had all the extras we needed without having to go out to the store right away to purchase. All in all, great easy location close to everything, there is a small beach in the yacht club which was nice to go watch the sunset. The neighborhood was super quiet. I would recommend this home.

Cape Coral house

The property was lovely. The town of Cape Coral is so nice. Everything was so close by with excellent restaurants. I definitely would return in the future.

Urlaub im Paradies, Cape Coral, Florida

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses war in einer schönen, ruhigen Gegend. Einige Lokalitäten waren auch fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus war schon etwas älter, aber hat trotzdem seinen Zweck erfüllt. Die Sauberkeit der Küche und in den Bädern war etwas vernachlässigt.

The perfect getaway!

The place was absolutely beautiful, king size bed was super comfortable, loved the sheets and blankets. House is well stocked for anything you may need in the kitchen and throughout including beach towels and some fun things in the garage to take to the beach. Owner Nancy was super, and very responsive on any questions we had. I loved the location. Before I’ve stayed more inland and drives were a lot longer to beach and our favorite places, here everything was just around the corner! I will definitely be returning.

Cape Coral

This house is in the perfect location from where you can walk to various bars / restaurants on an evening. It is also very well presented and has excellent facilities, this was our third visit to this property and we cannot fault it.

Weekend Getaway

The property was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings were quite nice throughout the house. The 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family as it gave us plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, glasses and pots & pans. We ate out most evenings and there are ample variety of restaurants within 10 minutes drive from the house. The pool was lovely and was used a lot by all. I highly recommend this property for families looking for nice get away in Cape Coral.

Fabulous place to stay!

First off, I need to tell you that I am a bedding SNOB. Every time we stay at a VRBO home, I find something that I really, really like. This time, it was the bedding and towels! Who knew that bamboo sheets would be so soft and comfortable! Ordering some for my home! The towels were thick and luxurious and the bed and pillows in the master were great. I’m going to try to find the Sealy pillows for my husband. The house was clean, very well appointed and in a terrific location. Everything we needed was already in the home or close by. The hot tub/spa heats quickly and is deep. If you’re tall, you’ll have plenty of room. The pool was wonderful, too. Restraints we went to were the Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill. We went 3 times! Highly recommend the Texas French Toast!! We also went to the Oyster Bar and Grill. Wonderful fried grouper (3 generous pieces), Cevichi was fabulous and plentiful. I had the fried shrimp with Babg, Bang sauce. Terrific and again, plentiful with only 1/2 a pound. They were large shrimp. Every meal and drink was reasonably priced and very tasty. The fishing wasn’t that great, but we just fished from the dock. Oh my gosh, I almost forgot! They have coconut trees! Loaded with coconuts, so we brought a few of the ripe ones home. Check in and out was easy. We had a great time.

Great Stay

We stayed in this house for 4 nights. It was very clean and we loved the location. Very convenient location for grocery and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and patio. We had perfect weather while we were there. Great place for some much needed relaxation!

Fine stay.

The property was nice, in a decent part of Cape Coral. However, we did run into some issues with pests, hot tub not working properly, but other than that, we had a nice stay. Would consider staying again.

Pretty decent

Very quiet location. Great communication with property manager. Very nice pool area and backyard. Many beach accessories to use for trips to the beach. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!

This house was perfect for us! Accommodated 8 guests perfectly. We were able to dock our boat in the canal and take it into the ocean easily. Owner was delightful to deal with and extremely helpful.

Family vacation

This was a very nice relaxing vacation. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a beach vacation. It was nice to be able to step out the back door and into the pool. We even enjoyed a night of fishing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral. Thanks for allowing use to enjoy you home.

Location, Location ... it's the best, the home has that "old Florida feel" although remodeled, it retains its charm, also beautiful view of canal from the living room.
