The kitchen is fully functional, backyard is private and fenced in. Complimentary onsite parking for 2 cars. Other amenities include WIFI, Roku TV & Youtube cable TV. Just 3 miles to the airport, everglades cruise port, Las Olas, Downtown, & 4 miles to the beach. Min age 25. *NO SMOKING*


Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire house.

Other Things to Note:
Thank you so much for considering my home! Once the booking is accepted can you please confirm and provide the following:
-Estimated time of Arrival and Departure
-The full names of each guest and upload each guest's ID to the platform so we can register them.
-Please be aware that every guest staying at the home must be over the age of 25 unless they are being accompanied by a parent.
-Animals are subject to approval and an additional pet fee please confirm the type animal and breed prior to booking so I can register them. Any unregistered animals will be subjected to a $750 non compliance fee and possible cancellation of reservation with no refund.
-If you are bringing a service animal please notify me at the time of booking so I can register them. If you are traveling with a service animal you acknowledge the animal will not be left alone in my home.
-Please note there are security cameras on the exterior of the property.
