My partner and I really enjoyed our stay for 30 days at this property. The property was exceptionally clean and well prepared for a guest to stay. We were extremely satisfied with the check in process and helpfulness of communication regarding entry. The Host communicated with us throughout the entire stay regarding questions, etc.The only recommendation for Host is very minor in that I would suggest adding a pizza pan and cutter to the kitchen utensils. We would definitely consider staying at this property again when we visit Florida and The Villages.

The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The furniture was comfortable and made things feel homey. The kitchen is fully stocked and then some. The patio and pool area was awesome. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The pool area is lit up til midnight. The pool stays at a great temperature. We loved the area, it was quiet and personable. Mike Tilton was awesome. We could send him an email, text or call him on the phone he had the answers we needed and was fast at answering. Mr. Tilton would check in with us to make sure everything was ok. We greatly appreciated his support and concern. We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay. Should we come back to Florida and need a place to stay we would be lucky to be able to get the same place.

A lovely place to stay

The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We were glad to have fast wi-fi and a 75-inch TV with plenty of channels for rainy days and a lovely pool for sunny days. The Villages is one of the quietest, safest and friendliest places to stay in Florida. Thanks and looking forward to our next visit.

Great place to live for 2 weeks. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable lounge seating and and nice dining room table. The master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, and the hot water in the shower came through instantly. The outdoor space was great, and we enjoyed the pool, which we did have heated as it was December. The area was really quiet and backed on to a golf course, but there was no noise, just a very occasional, quiet buggy going past at a distance away. Really private and quiet, we were very happy here.

Beautiful home in great location!

Great communication with the owner before, during and after our visit. The home is exceptionally clean and is beautifully decorated. The weather was too cool to visit the pool, but the patio is a peaceful spot to relax. The house is close to a casual country club for dining. Loved our stay and this house was a huge part of that!
