3 bedroom home. 2 baths. Spacious open plan with open kitchen, nook, living and dining room that opens up to a Lanai that has a bar, outdoor TV and dinning table. Right off the lanai is a beautiful heated pool that overlooks a golf course and small pond. You'll have a garage for your car. golf cart and storage items. You'll be in a community that offers a recreation building with a larger pool.
The home is located just about in the center of the entire Villages community giving you easier access to the all the recreation available as well as the town centers

Great place to live for 2 weeks. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable lounge seating and and nice dining room table. The master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, and the hot water in the shower came through instantly.The outdoor space was great, and we enjoyed the pool, which we did have heated as it was December. The area was really quiet and backed on to a golf course, but there was no noise, just a very occasional, quiet buggy going past at a distance away. Really private and quiet, we were very happy here.

This home is absolutely wonderful and impeccably decorated. It’s at the end of a gorgeous cul-de-sac in a very quiet part of the Village of Sanibel, and comes fully stocked.The property owner quickly responded (email and/or txt) to all inquiries we had before and during our stay.Choose this home; you’ll be glad you did.

A lovely place to stay

The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We were glad to have fast wi-fi and a 75-inch TV with plenty of channels for rainy days and a lovely pool for sunny days. The Villages is one of the quietest, safest and friendliest places to stay in Florida. Thanks and looking forward to our next visit.

Awesome stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, comfortable and in a great location. Close to everything yet in a very Quiet neighborhood. Being able to park our car and golf cart in the garage was a bonus. Michael was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

Beautiful home in great location!

Great communication with the owner before, during and after our visit. The home is exceptionally clean and is beautifully decorated. The weather was too cool to visit the pool, but the patio is a peaceful spot to relax. The house is close to a casual country club for dining. Loved our stay and this house was a huge part of that!

Best rental ever

This is one of the nicest places that we have tented. The house is in pristine condition and beautifully furnished. Perfect location and convenient to golf, restaurants, and shopping. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will be back.

Beautiful Pool Home!

We had a wonderful stay here. The pics are beautiful, but don't fully do it justice. The home was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed to feel like we lived there. The pool was wonderful, the view of the golf course was lovely. And Michael was so helpful & attentive. We will for sure stay here again. LOVED it!

Perfect Home for Family Christmas Gathering

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. Nice golf course view on a quiet street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from wine glasses to stock pots. Convenient pantry to keep your snacks & food. The pool area is beautiful with waterfall feature. Plenty of closets & drawers. Hope to be back again!

Great property in great location. Everything very new and fresh. Pool is pertect. Amenities were excellent. All local restaurants were delicious and very moderately priced. Host was great to work with. We liked it so much we bought a house in the Villages!
