The home boasts a saltwater pool and a shaded patio for lounging and dining, while inside offers sleek rooms and a wood-burning fireplace. When you’re not soaking up the sun at home, venture out and practice your swing at nearby golf courses, try your luck at surrounding casinos, or live it up at local events like the Stagecoach Festival.
The pool can be heated for extra $100 a day.

Great pool!

We really enjoyed the home as it was nice and spacious and a great outdoor area. The saltwater pool was amazing and really clean. Nice big kitchen with lots of dishes for large families. The grill was also huge which was a plus since my son had some friends drop by for dinner one night. The owner was quick with communication and requests when it came to heating the pool and jacuzzi. The owner also gave us a late checkout which was a plus because my son was at the Indian wells tournament and it gave us a little extra time to not have to go wait out in public while he was as there. The downside was the quality of the linens, the mattress quality but I understand it’s a rental. Also the town is not very nice but it was close enough to the tournament to shuttle my son back and forth. Overall, I would rate it 4-5 because of the accommodating owner, the pool, great kitchen space and accessible large grill. Thanks for the great stay!

50th anniversary with our children & grandchildren traveling from various states

The many sleeping capacity and backyard pool/spa were the selling points for us. We ran across several issues during our stay. The swimming pool was not pristine clean as it shows in the photos. We notified the owner at 8am after our first night and she sent her pool crew. We could not swim until 4pm that day on a 100+ day. The owner told us we needed to text her if we wanted the pool lights or spa turned on. When we asked for the spa to be turned on, we were told its hot outside and it’s a safety concern. The home is advertised with a pool and spa, and we wanted to use the spa. Nevertheless, she stated the jets and spa were turned on and heating, but they never came on. The next day, she sent her pool, in which he cleaned the filthy filters (the pool never was clear enough to see the bottom). He left and we assumed everything was working. That evening, we asked for the spa and jets to be turned on, but they never turned on. These issues should’ve been fixed before our stay. We booked three months before our trip and not being able to use the pool for almost an entire day and not being able to use the spa and jets was upsetting. The owner did send her pool crew but kept making excuses and let us know she’s paying extra to having them come on a holiday weekend…. which is NOT our problem. She offered to extend our checkout to 8pm, but we all booked early departure times and were gone by 10am day of checkout. Other items: 1st night two smoke detectors kept beeping due to low battery. It was so annoying. She was able to walk us through on how to lower the sound on her security panel. Not mentioned in the description is the security cameras on the property. It was awkward to have backyard and side yard cameras watching us while swimming/sunbathing. We would see it illuminate often so we know the owner was watching us. It was a total invasion of privacy and had we known the owner was going to be looking in on us all weekend and the pool/spa had issues, we would’ve booked elsewhere. Also, the downstairs bedroom with the bunkbeds gets VERY hot. The AC ducts must be clogged because that room never cooled off and we had to leave the door open in order to get some cool air in it (but with 4 people sleeping in it, it was miserable). There was no fan to help provide some comfort. Neighborhood is nice. One neighbor had a LOUD party until 3am one night and during our entire trip, while in the backyard we can smell the neighbors smoking marijuana.

Worked for our large group. Pool and Patio amazing. Nest thermostat kept raising the temp after a few hours and it was extremely hot during night. Had a great time and host was very responsive

Easter 2021

I requested an early check-in because we were coming from different areas & it was arrange. There was a slight problem with the pool: but handled immediately. The owner was available & accommodating at all times. We had a great time and felt at home, a very nice place to stay.
