Welcome to Indio Hills Desert Escape. If you don’t mind being 20 minutes away from everything, come out & see what it’s like to really get away. This is a very private place to relax & enjoy. From great views all around,to seclusion, 20’X60’ saltwater pool with oversized spa. Complete with swim up bar that seats 5, tanning shelf, & dedicated swim lane. There is a build-in bbq grill, griddle, ice chests&fridge.



ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

This is a very unique property. Located in Indio Hills, with lots of privacy whether you are looking to relax as it is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by mountains and desert landscape. Closest grocery store casino or town (Indio, Palm Springs, Palm Desert) is 20-30 mins away. Property is only 22 miles away from Palm Springs Airport and 48 miles to Joshua Tree. This property lies on 5 acres of gated Privacy, no nearby neighbors.



This home features 7 bedrooms, complete with kings and queen beds and 1 set of twin over a queen bed. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house. 1 bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is shared with the other 4 bedrooms. The other bedrooms can access this en suite bathroom.

There is also a bathroom for the main house located just outside the house. It is handy as it is close to the pool area, outdoor dining and where most of the time people are.

There is a casita with 2 bedrooms that have King Beds in each and a TV in each and 1 shared bathroom.

That totals 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool, spa and 2 BD/1BA bath guest house are under 3 years old, the original home has been renovated..

POOL + SPA HEAT / OUTDOOR LIVING:

It features an awesome outdoor area with a salt water pool (one of the largest pools in Coachella Valley - 60,000 gallons, 20`x60` and 14` depth on one end of pool!) oversized spa, bbq, fire pit, and with plenty of patio furniture to lounge on. Enjoy outdoor dining for 18 guests, surrounded with great views of the natural desert.



POOL|SPA:

Pool: $225/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)

Spa only: $45/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.

Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 48hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.



CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:

We strive to accommodate groups of all sizes! You can find a Pack N` Play & highchair in the home.

For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

PET POLICY:

Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers as well. Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card and $50 goes towards your pet`s stay, per pet. Please let us know you are bringing a pet in advance.



PLEASE READ:

It is also governed by more relaxed noise ordinance than any surrounding cities, however, full County regulations are in effect and to be followed. We have a built-in, state of the art, Sonos music system installed inside and outside of home. You are welcome to use it, this high end system sounds quite clear especially without any city or road noise as you would get in the city. It is calibrated to the decibel required by the county. We ask to kindly NOT to bring your own sound system or any other amplified music, NO EXCEPTIONS. Violators’ forfeit the deposit and will result in eviction. We have had situations that guests have brought systems that can be heard over 7 acres away, this excessiveness will not be tolerated, as we respect our community and ask you to enjoy responsibly. Our system is compatible to iTunes, Spotify and Pandora as well as other physical systems via Bluetooth. Please provide us with a backup number, if we cannot get a hold of anyone and there is an issue at the property that we have to dispatch a property manager, a callout $150 fee will be charged. After 10 pm is quite hours - no amplified music outside and noise should not be heard past the property line.
