Dreaming of relaxing in the woods and listening to a babbling brook? This is the place for you! Enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends in this 5 bdrm/2.5 bath home in McCall. Only 10min away from downtown McCall and lake. The cabin is on a 1 acre wooded lot with a creek running through the property and is very private.

The space
Enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends in this 5 bdrm/2.5 bath home in McCall. Only 10min away from downtown McCall. This cabin is on a 1 acre wooded lot and is very private. It has a large deck where you can enjoy a meal with friends and family and sit and read a book while relaxing and listening to the brook running through the property. It can sleep up to 12 people.

There is room to park an RV on the right hand side of the house and there is access to 220V outlet in the garage to plug in. Please do not dispose of dirty water on the property.

Please note that max 12 people are allowed on the property (Including RVs). No tents allowed.
Also, street parking Is not allowed per HOA rules. All vehicles/boats/trailers must be parked In the driveway or front/side of the house.

Moonridge Cabin was the perfect place for our family retreat. It was a beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable home with everything we needed, from a large kitchen to cook in to a big living room to watch movies and hang out. Ten adults plus two babies all felt very comfortable and appreciated the comfy beds and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We all loved the wooded setting of this house and were happy to see deer roaming around the neighborhood. Communication with the owner was very easy, and we couldn’t have asked for a better house for our weekend away!

Zori was an amazing host, so attentive with answering our questions, great communication and detailed instructions.We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Our family spent Christmas there, complete with a Christmas tree and snow. Our stay was so comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious. The bunk room is perfect for kids. Laundry upstairs, full kitchen, fireplace, a stream that runs through the property. We saw many beautiful deer passing through. The cabin is a short drive from the town center, which made it convenient to stock up on groceries and necessities. There's also a skating rink in town, restaurants, and shops. Ski resorts and hot springs are within a reasonable drive also. Sadly, the Activity Barn, which is just down the road, was not open due to winter getting a late start, but we enjoyed snow on the property.We would highly recommend this property for a stay in McCall. It has so much to offer, no matter the season (the lake looked beautiful - we will have to return in summer)!

The house was wonderful just a little issue with one of the bedrooms that stated it was a double over a twin and it was a king bed so that was awkward for 2 of our family members.

Great Location

This was a great house for our family. It's conveniently located to McCall, Brundage, Donnelly, etc. The home is spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. The host was very communicative and accommodating. We would stay again.

Secluded woodsy getaway

We enjoyed our few days at this nicely kept property! The beds are comfy and it has everything you need to feel at home. We loved being able to hear the rushing creek! A/C downstairs works great and having the windows open in the evenings upstairs kept things comfortable. Thanks for having us!

Magical get away property

We booked this cabin for a family reunion and it was even more than we hoped for. The kitchen had everything you could need to feed a large group. The property is well maintained and set in a beautiful natural setting that makes you feel like it's the only cabin around, but it is easily accessed. The master suite even had makeup remover pads and shampoo. The beds were comfortable and the owner is wonderful to work with and responds very quickly to questions. We would rent this property again in the future for sure.

Private Cabin Surrounded by Wildlife

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin in McCall. It was a treat to watch deer roam around the property daily! We called them our "deer friends". The cabin's location gives it a private feel. No neighbors looking in on us. The location made it easy to go into town or off to our favorite winter activities. We loved the cabin feel and the fireplace. It was a nice touch to have a Christmas tree set up in the living room. The parking was enough for 3 cars and the driveway was flat so a trailer could be easily parked there. The extra fridge in the garage was a welcome surprise. We needed it! Everything we needed in the kitchen was supplied. A few other times to note: the couches were comfy, there were plenty of bathroom towels, soft throw blankets were available and there was a folding table in the garage that came in handy for putting together puzzles. We regularly rent cabins in McCall and this was one of our favorites!

Family Christmas

There was ten of us for four nights. Accommodations were excellent. Plenty of room for all of us. Property is beautiful and very well furnished. Close to town and the Activity Barn for outdoor activities is a short five minute drive and town is only ten minutes away. We would definitely use this property again.

Annual Family weekend

Everything was great. With 5 bedrooms each family had their own bedroom. The only thing I'll say is that if you have littles who don't do stairs, be sure to bring a baby gate. (or be prepared to go up and down a lot) Zori was great!

Nice big cabin for large groups

Great place for a larger group

We used the house as base camp for the recent snowmobile trip. It served our need well and is a short 20min drive to the main snowmobile trail head. The parking isn’t huge but I was able to park 31’ GN trailer in the driveway.

Great getaway for larger family

The house was clean and it fit our large family perfectly. Close enough to town to get to everything quick but also far enough to feel like a retreat. We had a fun weekend getaway.

Mother/Grandmother 80th birthday

Our family of 5 siblings, spouses and grandchildren came from various parts of Washington and Idaho to celebrate our mother's/grandmother's 80th birthday. One of the siblings owns a cabin nearby, so between that house and this VRBO, we were able to comfortably house all of us, and the houses were close enough to walk from one house to another. Zori is an excellent host, the house is well equipped, and has a wonderful outdoor area with plenty of sitting. Thank you Zori.

Beautiful home on a beautiful property!

We stayed with a family group, and it was PERFECT! Zori was an excellent host--responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with a double stove and plenty of counter space and dishes/appliances. (We forgot our crock pot but there was one there! :) My favorite thing about the property is the creek that runs alongside the house. It is beautiful, and you hear it whenever you step outside. There is a firepit right next to the creek--such an amazing spot to relax! Overall, a great stay!

Wonderful Stay!

This house was perfect for our business retreat! The space is clean and the house was well stocked with more than enough to cook for 13 people, and plenty of pillows/bedding. The owners were SO helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. It was lovely! I'd absolutely come again!

We have owned our McCall retreat for the last 9 years and have enjoyed many fun vacations with friends and family. We love the quite and secluded lot and the sound of stream running through the property is so relaxing! We were out of the country for two years and had it rented full time but are looking forward to more great times this summer! We hope you have a wonderful vacation in our home away from home!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Everyone can have their space with the 5 bedrooms and open living room/dining/kitchen area! We have stayed with as many as 3 other families in the house and have also had a friend park their RV on the side to have extra room. The setting is very private, with lots of trees and there are no next door neighbors on the back or right hand side so you really feel that you are in the woods. The stream adds so much fun for the kids and relaxation for the adults. You will also find yourself enjoying relaxing on the back patio or the fire pit at night. It's a short 10 min drive to town or shopping (Ridley's and Albertsons). In the winter, the activity barn is less then a mile away for sledding fun! Enjoy walking on the trail just across the entrance to the subdivision in the summer or cross country skiing it in the winter. You can access the river from the Riverfront Park, which is a short drive (5min) away and the closest lake beach by Rotary Park (10min). For hiking and biking we recommend Ponderosa state park, Jug Mountain Ranch trail system, and for hiking Goose creek falls trailhead and Boulder Lake trailhead are great!
